dock building
+ -1 moreAfter the boat show, I never heard back from them. They never called or emailed. I also did not hear back from them based upon my message to the voice mail a couple of days prior. They had great photos of docks they had built, however I felt the lack of communication was unprofessional. I ended up going with another person to build the dock. This review does not rate their dock building ability, it merely rates their lack of responsiveness.
Description of Work: I called C&J and left a message to learn more about their dock building services. Their recording noted that they were at the St. Louis Boat Show and would return my call after the weekend. I went down to the boat show and met with them at their booth. I explained the type of dock I wanted to build and the location. They noted that they had options for a full build or just the posts/frame. We discussed a size and they indicated they would work up some general costs for a plan and contact me to further discuss. They took down the dock location & size, my phone number and my email address on a note pad. They said they would follow up the next week.
