Action Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning & Water Removal

By far the best carpet cleaning we have ever experienced. We were told the price was higher than others due to the equipment used and this was proven and demonstrated. We have had the carpets cleaned before by others but they never turned out this good.

This was by far the best carpet cleaning I have ever seen done before. The carpets in our house are only 5 years old and we have had them cleaned once every year. The owner told me about the difference between the equipment on his truck and what is on most of the other trucks/vans that run around town cleaning carpets. This company is Veteran owned so I took the work of the owner when he stated that his service was more expensive than that of others but promised it was well worth it due to the top quality equipment they use. Another selling point was that the carpet would almost be totally dry by the time they left since the high heat of the cleaning machine. Well when it was all over this was all true and then some! The carpets looked brand new except for some worn our areas in front our couches but the owner took the time to let me know that just adding some simple runners in front of the couches would provide many more years of service to the carpet since it was actually a higher quality carpet. These guys were great and professional and honestly I am so glad I gave them a chance because it was a night and day difference between any other service we have had the previous 4 years. The only thing that bothered me a bit was how they measure and price the service. If the room is 10x10 they charge you for the entire 100 sq feet even though there is a bed, dresser, night stand etc. that make up 30% - 40% of the actual space that doesn't get cleaned. After I noticed this I asked them to help move the couches and ottomans in our living area before they cleaned that room and the guys were more than happy to help me move them. I am getting ready to give them a call again because we are due for another carpet cleaning and I think I am going to give them a shot at the air ducts as well.

After calling multiple companies for bids, I contacted Action Cleaning to see if I could get a better rate. I spoke to the company's owner, Brian Epperson, who was incredibly patient with my questions. He thoroughly explained his services and how they pertained to my individual needs which i really appreciated. I called him for carpet cleaning expecting the and quot;estimateand quot; to be jacked up upon arrival (like those other BIG companies), but his price was spot on.. no surprises. I mentioned being concerned about having a stranger (especially a man) in my home while I was here alone during the day and he assured me that HE would come out and perform the cleaning. Sure enough, I met Brian in person and was VERY impressed. He was extremely polite and professional yet personal. He explained everything upfront and even showed me how to maintain my carpet in between cleanings so that i don't have to call him as often! What carpet cleaning service does that?? My upholstery hasn't been this clean since it was NEW and my dryer is performing SO much better since the dryer vent was cleaned out... had no idea it was that bad! I asked him about my air ducts and he took a look in a few of the returns and said that they aren't that bad, but I'm going to have them cleaned next week anyway due to my family's allergy issues. He assured me that it could really help! After having Brian in my home, i felt kinda silly for mentioning my stranger issue, but he validated my feelings and added that you can never be too careful... made me feel SO much better!! This is a guy I would recommend to anyone, but especially to any ladies concerned about who might visit their home on a service call! My husband is very picky about services like this and even he was impressed and didn't sqwak at all when i told him that i was finding more issues for Brian to resolve for us!! I HIGHLY recommend this guy. They just don't make 'em like this anymore!!! Hope this review is helpful to you.... you will NOT regret calling upon Brian or his team for your next cleaning need!!

I called Action Cleaning to have some stains removed from my house before a party I was throwing. I can't really say enough about how great my carpet turned out. I even ended up having them do some of my upholstery while they were there. Thanks a lot!
