Jon was hired to rehab a home so that it could be put on the market as soon as possible. His work was done on time, exceptionally well done and there were no budget overages or problems during the project.

Excellent workmanship, quality, and price! Pleased with expediency and cleanup. Jon and staff were very nice.

He started criticizing the home and did work on the home that we did ask for! For example, we have a fence around our pool and asked him to spray paint it to touch it up, but he ended up painting the whole fence, which we did not ask for. Some of the work that he did was excellent and some of it was terrible. His bid was 1450.00, but it ended up costing us 6500.00. He was very assertive, almost aggressive and told us things we needed to change that we did not want to change.

It couldn't have gone better. From the time the estimate was completed until the work was done the overall experience was PERFECT! The job site was very orderly, the employees/workers were nice and professional, and ultimately the work was done on time and in accordance with expectations.

They came looked at bathroom, then gave us a digital view of what they were going to do. We were without the use of our bathroom for 2 days while everything was gutted and taken out. They had a little difficulty with the tile on the walls but that was because the walls are plaster lathe and 80 years old. The minor complaints we did have, we're quickly corrected. Jon always made sure grab bars were at the right height and that they were in the correct place. Things had to be done in stages due to certain items being on back order. As they came in, Jon would come over and install as they came in. It was very easy working with Jon and he was easy to talk too. I would definitely hire them again!
