+ -1 moreWe chose Wes with A-Pro because our realtor recommended him. Wes was on time, came prepared with a computerized foundation level survey, his laptop, Little Giant, and other inspection tools. He was polite, friendly, and very patient about explaining what he was doing and finding. We liked his reporting system because it was balanced, listing not only what was wrong but what the positive attributes were. Over the time it took to examine each of the 3 dwellings, we spent about six hours with Wes. He told us that he was raised in the construction arena and looks at each house as if it was his family that was going to be buying it. That was a big help to us. We ended up buying our home, and counter offering on the rentals since Wes had found so much work that needed to be done. We've been in our home for over 6 months and have had no surprises about repairs. We would definitely use him again.
Description of Work: We used A-Pro twice. The first time was when we bought our home in St. Louis, and the second time was when we had put an offer on two buildings on the same property. Wes inspected the buildings from the basement to the roof. He issued thorough reports the day following each inspection. Both properties are in St. Louis city.
