Wonderful customer service. The crew were extremely efficient. Tear off and replace a roof on 1200 sq foot house in one day. Same for the siding and gutters Plus they were extremely meticulous in their clean up. I would highly recommend this company.

Their professionalism from first contact through the entire project was phenomenal. No surprises and no deviation from the proposed plan. Their work is first rate an their follow-through is excellent. The roofing team got the work done exactly as it should be done and they did not leave any nails in my yard after the work was done. Everything was cleaned up and the roof looks great. Their pricing was fair and the details were clearly stated. Their salesperson knew all about roofing and his inspection was spot on. I would highly recommend this company for roofing. This was a major project for us and I am glad i contracted with them.

They got all of the work completed in one day. They did a great job and cleaned up really well after they were finished. The price was very competitive and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

At first glance, the work was satisfactory. The gutter was installed correctly. Issues became apparent when it rained. The skylight leaked in several places. During the replacement, the contractor removed custom flashing around a skylight, against our request. We believe this is what caused the leak. If not this, it was caused by standard negligence on the contractors part. When contacted, the contractor came back to the house to attempt a fix. He tried several tactics, including new caulking. Nothing stopped the leak. The contractor admits fault and has promised over and over to fix the skylight. The last contact was approximately March 1, 2014. At that time he promised to fix it within 30 days. We contacted the contractor after the 30 days elapsed. He asked to call us back, but as of yet has not. We brought in an outside skylight expert and we were quoted at $1,700 for a complete repair.

provider did a great job. acted professionly addressed my concerns in a timely fashion completed job and cleaned up roof and gutters look great. helped me to get all money from insurer. in fact they came out when the insurer came to inspect my roof for hail damage.Would hire again without blinking and eye and would recommend to anyone.

They came in and started on the roof late May work was done very quickly took only one day very little debris only a couple nails and pieces of shingles were found but after that it was as if Shawn left the country. Sean stopped returning calls because his voicemail was full and never answered his phone. Then after the roof was done it took three months to even start on the rest and took 7 months just to do my roof, siding, windows and garage doors. It only took a couple days to do the roof, a couple days to do the siding, one day to replace the windows AFTER they got the glass the right size and one day to install the 2 new garage doors. So 2 weeks of work took 7 months!! I would suggest going with ANYone else even if a little more expensive.

After the Hail Storm in April, interviewed multiple contractors and decided to go with ACI. Lou and Chris were responsive to my demands and worked with my insurance company. The cleaned up after each work day and keep me informed on the progress and when they would be completed. The roof, siding and gutters were removed and replaced with better grade shingles, siding and gutters. Everything looks good and no problems.

My experience with them went well. They were very good. I was very satisfied. Their price was very comparable and very good.

The roofing installation was started on June 18th at 8.00 am and the crew finished removing the old shingles in a couple of hours. The replacement roofing material was not available to continue the work and so the crew had to wait until 4.00 pm when the new shingles finally arrived. The crew left at 8.30 p.m. after confirming they would be back the next day to complete the work since they had run out of material. They left with nails and roofing material lying all around my yard. They did not show up the following day to complete the work as promised. I called Lou Hardin (Sales Rep.) to find out why the work was not completed and he sent Christy Rodgers over to check to see what was left. Chris confirmed that the work was not completed and was not made aware of the shortage of material to complete the work. Some of the nails and roofing material that were visible in the yard, he picked up. Chris returned, with a crew, a couple of days later and completed the work. Let me point out that areas of my roof were left exposed during this period. A total of 4 days to complete the work. So much for promising to complete the work in 1 day. The Sales pitch of ?Master Elite?, as you will see, leaves much to be desired. There are other roofers who make no claims of ?Master Elite? and have done a very professional job in my community. Then came the siding. I repeatedly asked for a date by when the Siding work would be started, so that we could plan some summer vacation and all I kept getting were excuses about ?some supplier issues?. I even had Christy Rodgers hang up the phone on me. Finally, after 5 weeks, I get a call at my work place at 10.00 saying they were starting my siding in 30 minutes. I had to leave work and rush home. This is the ACI Exterior's version of Customer Service. Finally the gutters. The following Tuesday I get a call from Lou Hardin and we agreed that Thursday would be a good day to do the gutters. The crew did not show up on Thursday with no explanation from ACI Exteriors. As we were about to leave home on Friday, late afternoon, the crew arrived to ?install? our gutters. The repairs to the gutter work were done 2 weeks later after I requested a final inspection of all the work through Angie?s List. I, absolutely, regret hiring ACI Exteriors and hope that folks reading these comments don?t make the mistake I did.

Great job!!! Always arrived on time for estimates, work. Roofers were here from 7:00 am until 9:00 pm!!! Came back to finish next day at 6:30 am.

They were great. Their prices were reasonable and they cleaned up after themselves. They gentelman they send was very kind. I would use them again.

I met with Vincente Pusteri (rep. of ACI), who took "on-site" pictures of the damage, and shared those photos once the inspection was completed. State Farm Insurance later validated the damage caused by recent storms. Mr. Pusateri/ACI, reviewed our options including a selection of different types of shingles. The process took a few weeks, but the work crew was able to replacement the entire roof in a single day. All the workers were, professional, courteous and showed up on the day that was promised. ACI also handled the interior work (replaced water damaged drywall) and that work was completed on time and in a professional manner as well. Well done. Thank you!!!!!
