Great, very informatice and willing to answer questions

Inspector was great! He was professional, explained all the needed repairs and maintenance. He answered all my questions and answered 2 phone calls of questions later. The report came that evening as promised and was very easy to read and had lots of pictures. Highly recommend! 7 Oaks & was Kelley.

Went well, minus coming early and doing portions of the inspection without client present. Missed a lack of insulation over custom modifications previous homeowner had installed in kitchen. Wouldn't be so bad but I mentioned concerns with one portion of the ceiling and was reassured he had checked out the attic areas and documented it was all in good shape. Also was unhappy that the report was delivered to my realtor instead of myself as I was the one hiring and compensating the inspectors not my buyer's agent. On top of that now I'm getting multiple telemarketing calls from a 'partner' they have my information to without my consent.

Everything went great and the inspector was very informative. When I asked questions he had the answers.

Tyler did an excellent job doing my home inspection for a prospective purchase. He was friendly, polite, and extremely helpful with all my questions. He pointed out anything that was out of code and even brought up things that could give me problems in the future, even if it passed the technical requirements. He provided a clear report with photos in pdf format by email the next day. I'd refer him to a friend or family member in a heartbeat. Very pleased with the whole process.

Wes Kelley, Master Inspector of 7 Oaks Home Inspection, was wonderful to work with. Prompt, thorough, and with his years of experience, was able to give many recommendations about aspects of our home. He's one of the few Master Inspectors in the region. He provided a very detailed report of the inspection and answered any questions we had. Their office staff is also very helpful. A wonderful experience over all. We highly recommend them and will be telling all our friends!

This was my second time using 7 Oaks Home Inspection and it was just as great as the first. The inspector was Wes and he is also the owner of 7 Oaks Inspection. He was very professional, arrived 10 minutes early, and provided a completed report by the end of the same day! The inspection lasted about 3 1/2 hours and was very thorough including pictures and recommendations of the home. I highly recommend using 7 Oaks for home inspection!

The inspector that I had was Wes who is also the owner of 7 Oaks Inspection. He was very professional, the appointment set up was very smooth, and showed up 10 minutes before the appointment. He has decades of experience as a former home builder which was presented in a manner that was easily understood by a novice like myself. He also uses all of the current, up to date home inspection tools and gadgets that inspectors should have. The inspection went very smooth and he was exceptionally thorough going through the outside, inside, and working components of the home. During the inspection he provided info on items that were bad, good, and things to look for and maintain in the future as well as new cost saving things that I could do on my own. He spent about 3 hours on the home inspection and I had the inspection report by the end of the same day! I highly recommend 7 Oaks Home Inspection and will definitely use them in the future.

Wes arrived early and started right away. He encouraged us to walk with him so he could explain anything we had questions or concerns about. My husband was very happy with Wes' competence and overall approach. Wes was also very pleasant and took our picture at the end in what we hope to be our new home! I would use him again (if we ever move) and would certainly refer others to him. He sent a very professional report the very same evening with pictures and explanations of what was discussed during the inspection. I found this to be very helpful. Again, Wes is the Best! I recommend highly.

We used them when we sold our house. The service was really good. They did a great report. The cost of the service was like $295 or $300. They came out, walked on the roof and inspected it. And then they came inside and checked all the electrical systems, the gas and all of the systems inside the house. They tested all the outlets to make sure that they work. They also tested the appliances and then we got a really nice digital report at the end via email with the colored pictures. They were really professional.

Horrible! He stated that he can do also visual inspection for termites and could not find any. Additional termite inspection found live insects by the foundation. He could not determine what the plaster around the house was and whether its condition is satisfactory. Additional inspection found problems requiring immediate remediation. Very disappointed from the lack of any professionalism and basic knowledge.

The service was great. He was on time, professional and very knoweldgeable. He had no problem educating me about what he was doing, suggestions on how to properly fix what was not right, and had no problem answering all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone.

He was on time. Spent more time than I expected explaining what he was finding and showing what items were just safety concerns and what items would be Structural problems, now and in the future. His knowledge of not only the building he inspected, but how he would address fixes was great

Everything went incredibly well. He arrived on time. He walked through with us and told us exactly what he saw for concerns and issues. He also explained to us how he would fix the issues that he saw.

The inspector arrived on time in a company vehicle. We walked the outside of the house and explained things as he went. We went to the inside (foot covers were used, yay!) and he looked at the electrical panel, appliances, and gas leaks. At the end of the inspection the report was emailed to me and it included a lot of pictures. The few minor things that were found can now be easily dealt with before a buyer can use it against us. Out realtor is happy, we are happy, and the potential buyers will be happy. I fully recommend this company and will be using them when we buy our next house!
