 + -1 moreI wanted to find a locksmith in the area of my new business, St Charles, MO. In choosing Terri I found a locksmith who was friendly and conscientious. Since the door frame was old, he instructed me on how to properly unlock/lock the door to prevent damage. He was talkative and told me it was himself, and his sons running the business, however, I only spoke directly with him when I called.

 + -1 moreIT WAS EXCELLENT! HE CAME IN, AND TOOK ALL OF THE KNOBS OFF, TOOK THEM OUT TO HIS TRUCK, AND CHANGED THEM THERE, THEN BROUGHT THEM ALL BACK IN CHANGED. THERE WAS ALMOST NO INCONVENIENCE. NOW I'VE GOT ONE KEY FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE. THEY ALL WORK GREAT.
