Overall, very easy and would highly recommend him. We purchased a huge 10,000 s/f+ fixer' upper that had sat vacant for 6 years. There were 17 pages worth of repairs or updates needed between what the home inspection brought out as well as to match our tastes. We at first thought we would have to find electricians, plumbers, garage door opener installers, painters, etc. but Mike was able to tackle all of them or enlist some of his trusted partners to help him finish the jobs. Rates were in the $28/hr range which was much more reasonable than other quotes we had received. It was also nice that he worked at our pace. Unlike some others who want to just get in and out quickly and if you want to change anything throughout the work you are SOL, he was very accommodating. We also had no issues trusting him to work at the house when we were not there or to give send him an electronic gift card or give him one for Home Depot for him to pickup whatever supplies he needed and he would turn in the receipts when done. Overall we used Mike for over a year and a half and would highly recommend him to anyone.
