Description of Work: They put soffits on our home. The project manager was very nice, gave us a fair quote and scheduled our job quickly.The crew that did the work were all polite, got the job done and cleaned up.

Description of Work: The siding looks great. They never called me back to set up time to re-caulk where water is leaking behind siding. The price may have been relatively high compare with other estimates.

Description of Work: Repaired rotted siding and installed soffit and facia. They were very professional and did excellent work. Price slightly high, in retrospect, but would use again.

Description of Work: The contractors did a very nice job as far as the work went. The pre contract meetings were hinky. I met with a Estimator once, went over what we wanted done, he took photos and measured then disappeared. It took me 6 weeks to get someone to acknowledge me again, then we started from square one. They did not do drawings or offer any options ( there are many styles) of the Hardy Siding they carried besides plain slat or sheet. Offered lots of paint colors in their defense. |They were in a hurry to start. We replaced windows and repositioned other windows and doors they started to work without drawings to verify we were on the same page and they picked out replacement items without asking us about style. We live in a Harris Armstrong Home so the raised panel doors they brought were totally out of place. I was not home when they installed two fixed windows on the east side and they were place in a traditional configuration not in keeping with the rest of the windows on that side of the house. Drawings would have solved this problem, I still cringe when I look at it. |I found the head carpenter very unwilling to talk to me about the nuts and bolts of the project ( see window mess above) even though I tried to ask him to defer to me the first day they started. He would only speak to me about things he thought were a womans place to decide. |Their crew had some paint freezing problems due to equipment failure since the work was done Jan and Feb of 2015. On a friday afternoon they apparently bought another tub of paint, left it on our deck without telling us what it was. Since they stored equipment in those same buckets we thought nothing of seeing one by the door on the deck. We spent the weekend busy with our usual projects plus interior painting. As usual we worked around their equipment, understanding why it was left inside. |Monday morning the Head Carpenter came charging into the kitchen demanding to speak with my husband (not me, who was already there) where he proceeded to blame me for the frozen paint. "I must have put the bucket out side, out of my way." Again, making assumptions about "my place" in the greater sceme of things. |My husband was insulted, as was I. Their employee was so mad about the frozen paint he let my inside puppy out the door into the snow covered street. It took me about 45 minutes to get him back inside. This company was very, very lucky the puppy was not struck by a car. | |The company failed to do proper complete pre planning with the requested structural changes asked for and style of added elements. |The crew knew what they were doing carpenter wise, they failed completely in their bedside manor. Their Head Carpenter needs anger management and what use to be called sensitivity training. I would never recommend this company to any of my female home owning friends, no matter how good the quality of the work was. I would never subject my female friends to this type of treatment.

Description of Work: They replaced a couple of pieces of siding that had blown off in a storm. They were the only ones that would do such a small but difficult job.

Highly professional team at Siding Repair Systems and they answered any questions or addressed my concerns right away. Truly a company you should choose to do a job.
