CottageCare St. Charles

Bobbi has been our housekeeper for years. She is very thorough, pleasant and professional. She takes a lot of time with our home. Everything is spotless when she leaves!

Sarah always does such a fabulous job. I truly would recommend cottage care. I appreciate the extra mile they go.

Everything was great. Traci and Madison cleaned my home with no complaints. I knew my home was dirty but the next morning when I got up my floors shined and my home smelled cleaner than ever. Also Traci found a ring that my husband lost 14 months ago with the dust bunnies under my bed, When she gave it to us, we were both elated. Other cleaners I have had would have just pocketed it. For the most part things looked pretty good. But as I start looking into details I see that many areas were skimmed over. A piece of my blinds was broken off, when the woman called the next day to see how things were I mentioned it and she took no responsibility for it even though my wife saw her break it. When I scheduled the cleaning I was told how and what areas would be cleaned, one of which was the kitchen floor would be thoroughly scrubbed on hands and knees. The lady cleaning told my wife they want her to scrub on her hands and knees but she wasn't going to, which would be fine if she feels she can get it done without doing that. But now if I go to clean something up and scrub the floor I pull up excess dirt that shouldn't be there if the floor were cleaned more thoroughly. I did like that they charge by the room, not by the hour.

My experience was very good. They do a good job but they stretch on their time.

They were very good. The cost was $120/every two weeks. They did work for me for about 6 months to a year. I moved which is why I discontinued the service.

I have had Cottage Care clean our both our previous home and our new home. They are pleasant and professional. I have hired multiple other cleaning companies and they are the most consistent. They do a great job cleaning my bathroom and kitchen. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use their services.

The price was pretty good for the job that they performed. They were professional. They meet with me to determine which rooms I want done. What I have them out mostly for is to get the floors, the bathrooms, and the kitchen cleaned up. I do most of the tidying. Their punctuality is pretty good. Sometimes as I like to nap in the afternoon, they give me a ballpark time and they usually make it. They always show up.
