Corgans Carpet Cleaning

I called Corgan’s because we needed carpet cleaning as well as carpet stretching. When I spoke with Scott he indicated he would move the furniture, relieving us of that task, which was a huge advantage because we have several heavy pieces of furniture. Scott Corgan is the owner and does all the work himself. He stretched and cleaned six rooms of carpet in one day. Over the years I have used the top carpet cleaners in my area. I am a perfectionist, and must say Scott did a phenomenal job stretching and cleaning our carpet, much better than any other company I have used. His pricing is quite reasonable. I asked him if he did Scotchguarding, which he does, and he quoted a very reasonable price, so I added that service. There wasn’t any upselling of services that is typical of other carpet cleaners. I have already recommended Scott to my sister and several friends in need of carpet cleaning and stretching services. He is the best!

We had some carpet rippling that needed to be stretched. Corgans Carpet Cleaning came in a did a great job stretching an entire living room within an hour totally removing any evidence of rippling in the carpet. They also cleaned three rooms including hallways. All said and done they were in and out in a couple hours. They were very upfront on what stains would not come totally out, but removed a vast amount and made it look much better than it was previously. They also don't up-charge for deep cleaning like others do. They do their best to get it totally clean whether it takes one pass or three.

Scott was very professional and got the job done very quick. He assured me he could get the stains out the carpet and get the tile looking great again. To my surprise he did!!! I will hire this company again in a heartbeat.

I contacted Corgans on Monday morning. I was given an appointment on Monday afternoon for the company to come and look at the carpet. The carpet cleaner arrived on time that afternoon. He looked at the spots and told me that he was confident that he could remove them from the carpet. He said I had a spot in a heavy traffic area where the rug was worn down. He said he could clean the spot but couldn't do anything about the worn look in the rug. He said he could do the job the afternoon of the following day. That afternoon I met him at my office and he did an excellent job removing the spots in the rug. It took about an hour for him to complete the task. I was very satisfied and would not hesitate to use the company again. The price charged for the job seemed very appropriate. The location of the service provided was 1000 Edgewater Pointe, Suite 105, Lake St Louis, Missouri.

Scott was professional, trustworthy, and friendly. Before beginning treatment, he stated that if the problem could not be resolved there would not be a charge. He arrived on time and the fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend his services and would give him an A+.

They cleaned one bed, a hide-a-bed couch, two chairs and ran their smoke removal machine. It took a while running the machine but the smoke smell is pretty much gone. We appreciated the excellent responsiveness and customer service. The furniture was so bad it stunk up the whole house.

Scott came by the next day,for an estimate.We hired him then,and he came by a few days later to complete the job.He came at the time he said,and told us it would take 3 hours and he was spot on.

The last time I had my carpets cleaned, I used a company that advertises that their carpets will be dry in 3-4 hours. With a then 6 year old son, this was a priority for me, as I knew I couldn't keep him off the carpet for that long. 3 days later my carpet was still damp and had buckled in several places. I put off cleaning the carpets again for a few years because the last time was such a disaster, but after some renovations this year, I decided it was time to clean those carpets and try to stretch out those ripples. Scott from Corgan's did a fantastic job both power stretching those ripples away and cleaning that built up dirt. He even managed to get most of the ripples out of the carpet on my stairs and got rid of those high traffic dirty spots. The price was very reasonable (keep in mind that my price included power stretching), and my carpet hasn't looked this good since we first moved in. And the best part, it was dry by the end of the day!!!! Actually dry-not damp, not mostly dry, DRY! Fantastic job Scott-Thanks!

They were great to work with. We had just finished a remodel project on my basement and my carpets were really dirty. Corgans did a great job getting out stains and leaving my carpets looking like new! They arrived about 9:30 in the morning and by 9 that night my carpets were nearly dry. I was very pleased with their service and will definitely use them. Prompt, courteous, efficient..couldn't ask for more.

It went very well. They are always very nice, polite and if I need them to come back because something wasn't cleaned well they come back and do it again. They are very easy to work with. One is not a door to door carpet. I've been using them for years .
