Larry was very responsive and did a fantastic job on our windows. We did not have to remove any window treatments on the inside, he was able to work around them all. The work was very thorough, it took less than 4 hours to do the inside and outside of the windows and they all glistened beautifully. I high recommend Larry.

It went fine. After washing the storm windows, as stipulated, I then hired them to clean my gutters. Excellent service and excellent value for the money

They called to say they would be a little late. They started immediately and completed the job in about two hours. They were very professional, friendly, and thorough. They did several windows extra at no cost. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The windows were cleaner when they finished, but were very streaky. A little vinegar would have helped a lot!

The work was excellent. The men were very polite and professional. My only hitch was a misunderstanding on my part as to what the offer covered. The offer read "$99 for 20 interior and exterior or 30 outside-only window pane cleanings" I took this to mean $99 for 20 windows BOTH inside and out. However, the inside of a window is #1 and the outside is #2. So I ended up spending more than I anticipated.

From the booking of the appointment to the actually cleaning, everything went great. They quickly responded to my purchase on AL, we booked the appointment a couple months out and they were at my front door at the exact time of the appointment. The main guy, Kevin was there 3.5 hours and the 2nd guy was there for probably 2 hours. They were very professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use again and recommend. One thing to note - the AL deal was 20 windows for $99 but that meant only 1 side of the window. So a window inside & out was considered 2 windows. I didn't know that before they showed up but was quickly explained when we discussed the job and I understood. I had them do the whole house, inside and out (about 22 windows), and ended up paying $225 before a $20 tip because they did such a good job.

It's been a long time since I've been this pleased with work performed in or on my home. These gentlemen really care about doing a first-rate job. They took their time and worked carefully yet unobtrusively, were incredibly courteous and professional, cleaned up thoroughly after they were finished and exceeded all my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend or co-worker, and I will definitely contract with them in the future.

The person who answered the phone was very nice and surprised I did not receive a call back and said I would. I understand rescheduling and was actually surprised they did not call to reschedule. I WILL NOT TOLERATE adjusting my schedule and them being stood up AND NOT RECEIVING CALL BACKS.

these guys were great! Timely, professional, polite and friendly - all around good folks. they did a thorough job and I will have them back in the spring on a regular basis.

Larry did a great job. He arrived on time. I had a big deal and then paid an additional $50 for 5 more windows to be cleaned. He vacuumed the window sills and did a great job cleaning the windows. He cleaned the exterior of the windows from a ladder on the outside. My windows were so dirty that I hadn't realized that the seal had broken on three of them and that was why they were cloudy and they came out looking great. He also took the time to clean the windows on my front and back doors which was pleasantly unexpected. Overall he did a great job and I would definitely recommend him and his company.

Larry Harper was very personable and willing to do anything we asked. He washed inside and outside of all our windows. When looking through the window, it was so clean that I thought there was no glass. I was surprised when he even washed the inside and outside of the windows in our garage door, something I hadn't expected. He did a perfect job and was very neat. There was nothing to clean up when he left. My husband and I were very pleased and plan to use Birds Eye View Window Cleaning Service again.

We were getting our windows cleaned after not having them cleaned in maybe five years - after asking around Larry was highly recommended by two friends. I gave him a call - he scheduled a time to come out and look at our home. He showed up and was on time (huge for me!). He stopped to say hello then walked around the house to get an idea of the work in store for him. We have a LOT of windows. He gave me the bid - it was VERY reasonable. About a week later he and another guy showed up (again - on time!) and got right to work. They cleaned inside and out and they even took off the storm windows to clean those (and the windows underneath) before putting them back on. They took their shoes off while they were working inside - worked quiclkly and quietly - I'm not sure they even took a lunch break! Having not been cleaned in a long time, our windows were filthy and they had to use a scraper at times to get the scuzz off. They did an amazing job and were SO professional. I highly, highly recommend Larry and his company - I'll always and only use Larry and his company for future window cleanings!
