Description of Work: Caulked around tub area in bath and around counter top in kitchen. Very professional and very courteous.

Description of Work: We had several handyman repair jobs at our home (running toilet, broken toilet seat, bedrail installation, stove burner problem, possible falling kitchen cabinet, loose bathroom towel rack). He took care of all these problems and then noticed that the bathroom door did not clear the bathroom rug. He suggested taking off the door and shaving the bottom of it so the door would clear the rug. We, of course, agreed and we couldn't be happier. Very pleased with his work. May call him to repair backyard deck.

Description of Work: We highly recommend Beaty Home Improvement. J. Beaty and his crew did a beautiful job replacing a split rail fence in our backyard. He is knowledgeable about many aspects of renovation and easy to communicate with about various aspects of a project.

Description of Work: Replaced attic fan and secured a banister. However, they left a 1" gap in the ceiling as the new fan was slightly smaller than the old one. My 19 year old daughter was the only one home - had I been there he never would have left it in that condition.

Description of Work: Beaty home improvement was on time as scheduled. He was able to put a gate around an old blower flew to keep the squirrels out of my home. Beaty Home Improvement also patched a couple of areas by putting some wire mesh and foam caulking in a couple of holes under my sink and stove area to keep out rodents.

Description of Work: He arrived late. The tasks I had assigned him were simple, hanging pictures on plaster walls, hanging outdoor screens, and fixing the stopper in a bath sink. It was clear from the get go he was dragging his feet. Picture hanging is not rocket science! Once I got my point across he did all the tasks in less than an hour. The cost was for 2 hours of handyman services!

Description of Work: Things went very well. I called Beatty home improvement to replaster around a sliding glass door,build some cabinet shelves, and replace a kitchen faucet,replace a door bell button.Joshua arrived on time, was very pleasant and courteous.My husband and I felt he was very knowledgeable,got right to work and finished the projects in a timely manner.We definitely will call him for future projects

Description of Work: rebuilt front porch pillar was supposed to return and give me a hour as I paid for 4 hours and only got three. never heard from them again!!

Description of Work: While Joshua is a nice person, much of the work that was done ended up not working out. Gutter repair ended up failing and leaked after his repair. Tile work had to be re-done. He did fix my toilet just fine. In the end, he did not have availability to finish the tasks that I had.
