Rob arrived at the agreed time. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable on a variety of home repairs. He finished my projects in only 2 hours. I am very satisfied with the results and would definitely use this company again.

It went okay the worker was professional and did an excellent job. But once the work was completed I was told the cost and asked for payment, however, I don’t usually pay if I don’t have an invoice. In this case I wasn’t given an invoice until I requested it. This was my first time using a handyman service but usually when I have work done by other companies the rates are not ambiguous. In other words I know up front what the hourly rate and service call rates are in this case I was somewhat in the dark.

Rob and his apprentice son were very personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and meticulous about their work.

Everything went well. While working on a smaller issue, the header in the garage was identified as needing replacement, and they pivoted and completed what became a larger product without any problems. I was very satisfied with the work that was done.

Let me preface this by saying: I have never had a good experience with a contractor from start to finish. I love upgrading and getting work done around the house, but I dread it because I always anticipate the worst when it comes to finding, hiring, and dealing with the third party. NOT ANYMORE. Joshua and his team at Beaty Home Improvements will be the most “close to perfect” transaction you will ever have. They are honest, trustworthy, reasonable, punctual, and responsive. The first time I had them out was to basically clean up a previous contractors sloppy work throughout the entire first floor. This included repainting the staircase which turned out gorgeous. Then they came out and installed a kitchen window. I had them out once to hang a big mirror and wall art. Then most recently, they redid my entire basement. It was a decently large job, but it went seamlessly. They were there every single day and if they weren’t, it would be communicated to me. It was wrapped up in about 4 weeks and it turned out beautiful. I have to give a big shout-out to Galen. He is their shining star. His attention to detail and work ethic is incredible. I hope you’re not sick of me yet, Joshua, I still have lots for you to do!!! Thank you for everything!

Rob was excellent! His knowledge how to fix everything is amazing. He even referenced a 'better way' to fix a project. A couple of days afterward the painters, Galen and Mike came to finish the job. They too did a great job and were very professional; gave extra effort. None of them seemed to mind answering all of my questions. Everything looks great!

Work was done well, Company was very responsive and flexible. Overall, I’m pleased with the work and the price was reasonable. Josh is very honest. Only downside was that our project was not completed on time, as they tried to meet other customer demands.

Josh set up an appointment, then rescheduled, then never showed up, then rescheduled when I called him, then never showed up. Clearly, Beaty is very busy. But he should have been upfront that he doesn't have time for my project right now.

I have used Beaty Home Improvements over the last couple of years . I am currently using them to catch up on my projects lists after moving into my current house a year ago. I've worked with Jon, Galen, Rob and Jeff and would have no hesitation recommending them to others.

sent a simple inquiry, through Angies list system, asking if they did exterior painting. 4 weeks later, I received a response to "call their office".

It took forever for them to come. When the worker arrived he was super nice however. The worker had no supplies to complete the job so he had to go to the lumber store. The worked performed was exterior repair. They competed the repair with UNTREATED WOOD! So of course I had to replace it again. Then the worker was not allowed to collect the money for the supplies and told me that I would hear from the owner for payment. THIS UNPROFESSIONAL OWNER STARTING CALLING ME AND TEXTING ME IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!!!! When I finally got the amount it was sent thru bill pay from my bank and that can take a few days unless I want to pay 14.95 overnight delivery fee. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

I've used this company in the past . When Rob , the technician arrived, he covered his shoes before entering my house. He was very professional during the entire installation. Also, by having conversations with Joshua, the owner, he shows that he really cares about his customers satisfaction. I would strongly use this company again!

I’ll soon be contacting these guys for a bathroom remodel. They have done work for me in the past and I know they will in do an excellent job in the future. First off I am a single mother, my to do list is a mile long. I’ve struggled to find someone who I feel comfortable with in my home and who will do quality work at a fair price. In my first encounter with Josh he was professional, didn’t give me a line of BS and came across as trustworthy. He took the time to walk thru my list and to explain in great detail what was required. He quoted each item individually and made recommendations on how to break up the work to get the best bang for my buck. I prioritized the work and had it completed over the course of a few months. During that time I met three different tradesmen. Each was great to work with, they were always on time and completed the work as scheduled. I couldn’t be happier with them and everything they did. Josh far exceeded my expectations. A good example was during the last job which involved replacing damaged drywall and sub-floor in a small bedroom. Between the demo and final painting there are a lot of steps and I had a very important deadline. At one point I got nervous that it wouldn’t be finished in time. I called up Josh and he was here within the hour. He explained the process and stuck around to help the tradesman, long enough to ease my worry. On his way out he noticed the front door wasn’t closing right. He whipped out his drill put in a couple screws, made an adjustment and just like that it was fixed. He wasn’t even hired to work on that door. Who does that?

I can't stress enough how satisfied we were with all aspects of the job! Beaty Home Improvements responded quickly, totally understood what was required, arrived on time and completed the job. They exceeded my expectations on every level. Even the clean up after the job was perfect. I have to say it was the BEST experience I've ever had with any home service. I plan on using Beaty Home Improvements again i the near future!!

From start to finish, this project was an amazing experience with Beaty Home Improvements. The team that worked in my home, was prompt, courteous, professional, and obviously experts in their field. The craftsmanship of the work was just excellent. I had my entire condo painted, crown molding installed, electrical work done and two title backsplashes installed. I work a lot, and was never really home during the project, but with this team I didn't need to be there to oversee. They knew what needed to be done and they got it done quickly, efficiently, and correctly. They were very clean and respectful of my space. I didn't come home to drop cloths all over the place. They even moved the furniture back in place so I could access my dresser drawers while they were painting. I can't say enough good things about Joshua and his team at Beaty Home Improvements. I would definitely hire them again.
