drywall still needs to be fine sanded before I could paint it and I had to clean drywall mud off my carpet and floor and door knobs after he left. It was a small job I dont know how he made such a mess.

We've used Beaty Home Improvement in the past which is why we hired them for this job. He did a very nice job for a reasonable price. We will definitely use Beaty again if the opportunity presents itself.

I emailed the company and when they did not respond, I called. They requested that i send pictures of the job we needed done. I emailed those about 2 weeks ago and we have still not heard from Beatty. I am afraid we threw money down the drain. What an irresponsible company!

Fine. John was careful and professional. He pointed out a possible limitation due to the fact that I bought clear caulk. He said some of the coloration left from the mold might show through and gave me the option to go get a different caulk. I chose not to go, but at least I will know to buy the right caulk the next time it needs to be done. He also re caulked the kitchen sink. it is well done.

They did an excellent job. The repairman was pleasant and very knowledgeable . I would request him again.

With everything else that goes along with preparing for the arrival of a new baby, the repairs necessary to prep our guest room for paint became too much for my husband and me to tackle. There were large cracks running down the creases in the closet, and in some places where the ceiling meets the wall in the room. Unfortunately we have not had the best experience with Angie's List in the past, but decided to give it one more try. Beaty Home Improvements has actually restored our faith in Angie's list. Josh quickly returned our call, and Jon was out within a couple of days. Jon was very professional, answered all of my questions, and completed the job in a timely fashion. We will most definitely be using them in the future!!!

Pretty much all of the items on my list were completed plus a few more that were not listed.

Bought 3 hours of caulk/grout work for $139. told owner I needed bathroom shower caulked and kitchen floor grouted cause it's dirty. He said ok. Worker came and after 3 hours said it's gonna take longer. Two hours later worker said he had to leave and left leaving me to finish job. I tried but I'm not a professional. A day later the grout was coming up off the floor not only in area that I did but also in area that the worker did. I called the owner and he said he'd make it right. Worker came out and spent an adl' 4 hours fixing and repairing grout in kitchen. When he was done he asked me if payment was due. I said no - owner said he'd "make it right." Worker got owner on the phone and he billed me an adl' 4 hours of work. When I complained the ower told me I should have gotten a quote. I told him as owner it is his responsibility to give me a quote and I had one - the original Angie's list offer of $139 for 3 hours of work and I told him what I needed done. He gave me a "deal" by only charging me for 3 adl' hours of work instead of 4 for the last trip Summary: for $139 original price I ended up paying $150 more for the 3 hours extra work on the first day and another $100 for the next trip which was supposed to "make it right" and fix the errors made on the first trip. Very unprofessional business. I will not use the company again and will advise anyone and everyone to stay away from Beaty Home Improvement.

It went great! Since I was stuck upstairs due to recent surgery, he took a picture of the work he'd completed so I could check it out.

John Miller was on time and started working on our list right away. We are VERY happy with the work he did. He never complained and completed the list perfectly. He was professional, courteous, and skilled in his trade. He finished everything within the 4 hour timeframe.

Beaty sent out one of their guys, John, to help me for a few hours. He was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. He even gave me some tricks of the trade for when I need to do my next project.

Fantastic!!!! Awesome!!! My front porch looks GREAT!!! the contractor did a really good job. He craftsmanship is WONDERFUL!! He got right to work when he arrived and got to my home on time. I the replacement of my steps make my home looks so much better.

The crown moulding installation looks great. The installer was pleasant, professional and cleaned up very well. I noticed areas where the final touches of caulk were missed but I'm sure that I can get that done. I got an awesome labor only deal thanks to Angie's List!! I am so satisfied! Thank you!

The first two doors were OK. The third door was ruined by a trainee who kept on calling for directions every five minutes. He used brute force to push the doors in without checking the wall cutout. The doors warped as a result with a hole in the middle of the upper beam and the side was askew. He then tried to put the blame on the manufacturer. Totally unprofessional. The matter is under investigation right now.

The employee that showed up was punctual and seemed to understand the job intricacies. I provided a paint sample which was matched at Lowe's. They chose to use a manufacture wood product that was supposedly much more durable that treated wood. He took time to explain what he would be doing to make sure the doors were supported properly. We examined the completed work to find that they exterior doors bowed and were not completed according to what had been specified and all the leftover and demo product was left piled in the yard. The business owner agreed (after multiple images and communications) that the bow would be fixed. The carpenter arrived and 'fixed' the overlap issue with an old piece of wood full of screw holes and a badly cut piece of treated wood. It was then painted with a similar color, but not the correct color as the can wasn't even from Lowes. When the incorrect color was pointed out; it just "wasn't dry yet". It became obvious the worker was just done with all of it. When I provided the information to the business owner, he had an unprofessional response. It may be that his company is WAY to busy to ensure that quality work us done on the jobs. I would not recommend.

It was a hot and dirty job and he did it with professionalism and courtesy.

Scheduling the appointment was easy. I had asked that they call ahead of time so that I could meet them at the house, and they did; a little earlier than anticipated, but that's better than late. They got there on time and the installation proceeded without a glitch and quickly, and they took the old toilet away for the stated $50. Overall, no complaints and everything went as promised.
