Description of Work: They installed a new dishwasher for me. They fixed my toilet which had been running for a month, causing an extremely high water bill. He was very reasonable and very professional.

+ -1 moreAfter my experience with Mike, I recommended him to several people. I did not recommend the crappy kohler Toilets. In talking with someone about my experience with those toilets and the work that Mike did for me, that person twisted what I had said to make it appear that I was unhappy with Mike's work. Mike just happened to be behind this person while this person was gossiping and Mike heard him say I was unhappy with his work. This hurt Mike's feelings as he had thought I had been happy with his work. After Mike heard that incorrect gossip, he did not return my calls when I needed him to do some more work. I wish he had called me so I could have told him that he was the BEST PLUMBER I had ever used. I hope this review clears everything up. Mike stayed way longer than he anticipated and even worked after he usually quits so that the plumbing would be working properly for the company that was coming in for Thanksgiving. Thank you Mike! You get nominated for the Page of honer for going above and beyond the call of duty for a very fair price and not even charging me overtime or for all the extra time you took to try and fix the Kohler duds and for boxing them back up so I could return them.
Description of Work: I had Mike do some upgrades which included a new energy efficient water heater and 2 new oval toilets. The toilets were Kohler and there was a problem with both of them leaking. Mike spent a lot of time on each one trying to fix the new toilet with no success. He tried for about 3 hours total on both, trying to keep me from having to take them back to Lowes, 60 miles away. Nothing worked so, we bought Crane Toilets from Mtn Grove Building Supply here in Mtn Grove and they worked great. Mike did a nice neat job on the water heater too. At the last minute, there was some back flush up through the tub and sink and mike and his son both went out to the septic tank, dug it open to see if they could find the problem. They ran one of those router type things to cut roots out of the pipe from the septic tank to the house and viola!, problem solved, that had hung around for the previous 3 years. Mike was very conscious of keeping mud off the house floor and cleaning up after his work. His price was less than another plumber I have used.

+ 0 moreMike Caswell is the plumber I used. He is excellent. I would recommend him as a plumber. He stands behind his work. He is very affordable, too. The dishwasher works wonderfully. The garbage disposal was frozen up. Instead of selling me a new garbage disposal, he fixed it. He does not rip people off. I will use his services in the future.
Description of Work: I used C&S Plumbing to fix a couple of leaky faucets. In the past, he also did some plumbing work, installed a new dishwasher, and did some plumbing work at the other building I have. He also fixed the garbage disposal under my sink.
