I am posting this update following a wonderful phone call that I received from the owner of Two Gals and A Broom. She was very kind and listened to the challenges I articulated below with grace and care. Without hesitation, I am changing my review to five stars! Bravo!

I debated whether to write a review for this company after using them for three months. I only have positive things to say about the cleaning that the man and the woman assigned to the task did. The problem for me was the customer service from the leadership teams. They were inflexible and difficult to communicate with. When I decided to stop the service the first thing they asked was whether their employees did a good job or not. When I told them they were the problem and that I would be glad to provide them with constructive feedback I never heard back from them.

I started using Two Gals & A Broom after my neighbor used them after hearing good reviews about them. I got their “Top to Bottom” deep cleaning service. I must have had beginner’s luck because the person that was sent was PHENOMENAL and fast. In less than 4 hours my house sparkled and not a spot was missed. She cleaned the way my German mother cleaned a house and how I was taught. Not a speck of dust or dirt was left. This company is very professional with emailed confirmations and appointment reminders. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering any sort of cleaning—whether weekly, bi-monthly, or once in a while. Worth every penny to remove my stress from looking at my dusty house that I have no to desire to clean as I HATE repetitive housecleaning. Service
