The installer completed the job well, even though his coworker had to call in sick. He was professional and kind.

Repaired balances and boots in 3 windows. Also repaired a screen door that was not closing properly. All company personnel polite, professional and stopped only when they were satisfied that everything was in stellar working order. Great experience, would certainly call again if needed.

Got a quote for a couple of residential window repairs needed in about 10 minutes and they were out to fix them within 5 days. Great experience and will definitely look to them in the future for any window repair needs.

The repairman arrived at my residence about 11:15 am. He evacuated the issue with the patio door not opening and closing properly. He retrieved his tools from his vehicle and removed a screw from the side of the door and the door operated normally. He vacuumed out the track of the sliding door with my vacuum cleaner and he was finished. The entire process took about 20 minutes and I was billed $298. Disappointed with this application.

another company said they couldn't replace the rollers on the sliding glass door After the new rollers were put on the installers said the wood was rotted Eddie said he could do it ? replaced the wood with PC V adjusted the rollers so the door is a lot better

After the first team wasn't able to repair the windows, Star Windows sent a second team that included the Window Whisperer who worked on the windows until they both worked as intended. I am very impressed with this company and their level of service. Most window companies just want to replace windows, not even attempt to repair, but not Star Windows! I would highly recommend this company.

The workers were very professional and did an excellent job. They changed the rollers on the sliding glass door. They did what they said they would do and charged exactly what they said they would charge. I definitely would hire them again should I ever need them.
