Overall I had a great experience. The workers that fixed my window were really nice. The only hiccup I had was getting the estimate. The appointment was between 1-3 and they guy didn't get to my home until after 4. I would have given all 5s if it were not for that. I would hire this company again and I'm pleased with their work.

Start Windows was great! There was a little delay when the initial worker did not realize our door needed a custom part, but otherwise they were wonderful! Our door would barely open before and now it slides with one finger- HUGE improvement, so annoyed we didn’t do it sooner
