They are a professional and courteous. They do the job right and in my case the guy came out just to secure my home without expectation of getting paid which is rare these days. The guy really knows his windows and doors and I will continue to use them.

Star Windows Solutions, LLC was wonderful to work with. They had an unfortunate event that they had to reschedule because of but let us know in plenty of time and was quick to get us back on the schedule. They worked quickly and fixed our window in less than 20 minutes. They for sure know what they are doing and I would recommend them to anyone.

Did a great job repairing and resealing 8 windows persevering the 14degree temperature weather.

They finally came today and got the work done. They were able to do the work in a few hours and cleaned up after completed. Due to all the missteps they gave us a good discount. They do however still need to work on follow through and customer service as stated below. They have set up at least 4 dates to do the project after the initial bid on 11/8/19. There were dates we had to call them about follow through and was told they would do the project. They were supposed to be here today between noon and one pm. We for the first time got a phone call stating they could not make it. When we said this is the fourth time your company cancelled he said he was sorry but would take a 100 off the 1400 bid for two windows. They claim to be coming at 8 am Christmas Eve. I told them if they did not come cancel the order as we have given them enough time to do two windows. I am placing the half star as you seem to need something to continue the questions. I am really concerned for them to be in my home as they seem very unreliable. Again the room is ready and no one came. All their ratings seemed to be good on your system and I wonder if our need is too small for them to care!
