The technician was on time and gave me a reminder call when he was 20 minutes away. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and made sure the alignment of our patio doors were adjusted to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company.

Young man showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem. He stated my window was fine and that the problem of water coming in appeared to be related to an issue with the roof. Appreciated his honesty. He could have just sold me a new window.

Window repair is pricey but this contractor was the best value for the money. Made the overall job fairly painless.

They came and measured windows. Called weeks later to say they measured all three windows incorrectly. Came back sometime later, installed a sliding glass door, but did not have the 2 windows. They were to order them. They never called back, so I called and was told they were never ordered. I said forget it. They called back saying they found them. We set a date for installation.
