Good quality work at a good price. One of the very few that were willing to do such a 'small' job. But it is more than a small inconvenience to have a broken window replaced properly. i

While there were some issues with communication, I appreciate the work and feedback I received during and after the project.

I am very impressed with Star Window Solutions. Art came by within a few days of my calling to give us an estimate to replace two broken windows. The windows were replaced within a week. One was a single pane, one a double pane. All in all, a great experience....Prompt, professional service! Will definitely use them again!

They measured the glass wrong the first time so I had to wait for them to re-order it a second time. The installation took longer than they said it would also but they did a pretty good job.

They did not dispose of old glass.

The window was installed. However, I had to initiate all contact. I had to follow up to schedule appointment. I had to follow up to confirm appointment. I had to follow up when contractor wa delayed for our appointment.

This business was hired to fix the rollers on our sliding glass door which we paid them $170 to do. We were not able to open it. Now we can not lock it because it not properly aligned. I have to put in broom in the track in order to lock it. They did not show for the original appointment made. When I spoke with one of the contractors, they were rude and nasty to my husband. I have called and left messages with no response from them. This needs to be properly fixed.

Has to ask many times for an estimate. Estimate given by email was not same estimate told when they initially came out but pricing was affordable.

The crew arrived on time. After reviewing the work to be done, the crew kept us informed of their progress. When the crew needed to get additional materials they let us know they were leaving and when to expect them back.

I needed a window fixed quickly since I was putting my house on the market. They were great to come out and fix it before the open house.

Anna in the office is very nice to work with, she listens well. The guys that came to replace my 5' X 5' front window were very professional, and quick. They had the old one out and new one in in an hour. Amazing. Very nice guys and explained things well. I would definitely use them again. They earned an A+.

Very professionally done.

I needed to replace a large two-pane window that had leaked. This was the only company I found that did what I wanted done. I wanted to replace the glass in the current structure. Replacing the window would have meant replacing all of my windows to get them to match. The guys arrived promptly and went right to work. They told me how long it would take and they finished when they said they would. I found that they also repair and reseal the window sills and the other trim around windows. I had been having difficulty in locating people who did that. I will plan to use them for any future work I need on my windows.

We had to reschedule both for the estimate, and for the installation. The installation went quickly.
