Perfect..said what they did on time on budget.

Smart Fondations did a clean up and wrap of the crawl space to eliminate odor in the building. they did an excellent job.

Professional and Prompt. Gave us a fine tuned service for what we needed.

We hired Smart Foundation to do some work on our house to help stabilize our foundation. They were great to work with. They were very informative and straight forward with what would be the best way to help with the problem we were having. Very easy to talk with and get a hold of if we needed to. The crew that was here working was always great and on time and would always let us know when they would be arriving. Would most definitely recommend them to anyone. I thought their prices were good and they were always honest about what things would cost. If another company was cheaper I think I still would’ve gone with Smart Foundation just because how easy and nice they were to work with.

This company did a great job and completed the specified job on time. I would hire them again if needed.

Just a good experience all the way around.

We did not have a great experience It was supposed to be a 2 day job. It took 9. Work was sloppy. Team did not communicate well as to when they were coming, so I missed a lot of work sitting and waiting. Just not professional. When they said the job was finished, I had to write a 2 page letter outlining all the things that were NOT finished. (They did come back to try to make things right, but disappointed by their lack of concern to make it right the first time.) when you are spending THOUSANDS of dollars, you need a company and crew that is with it. I just can not recommend this company.

Very happy, they were great to work with. At initial appointment to give quote, rep sent pictures and communicated with project engineer. No surprises on final invoice. I had walk through with a crew supervisor who explained everything and left card to call with any other questions or concerns. The installation crew was polite, very considerate, and worked hard. Definitely a 5 star company, coming from someone with lots of experience over the years with our 1910 house.

The company was professional and respective. I liked how informative they are. I have had work done before in home and was never been explained what they were going to do and in detail, and insure I understood and was satisfied with how they were doing so far.

Working with all the staff at Smart Foundation Systems was efficient, professional, respectful, and so generally amazing. They were patient with me when I had dozens of questions and answered them all thoroughly in a timely fashion. They (especially Kendra) are extremely organized. The crew that worked on my house had to manage surprises, weather, and logistics with HVAC removal, and all staff were able to adjust and still get the job done right, on time. The crew themselves were friendly, informative, and respectful of my house and my time. They truly went above and beyond! Cannot say enough good things!

My project goals included both moisture management in my basement with installation of drain tiles and a second sump pump, along with foundation repair/support by addition of piers. From the beginning to end, Smart Foundation provided friendly, professional, responsive, skilled evaluations, estimates, labor and office management. The initial evaluation by Anthony was performed with precision and clear explanation. Flexibility was allowed to accommodate the recommendations of a structural engineer and the final cost estimate was competitive with other companies. The work was completed within the estimated time frame and with minimal impact to home life and ambience. The work crew leader, Joab, communicated progress daily, answered questions and provided a walk-thru with instructions and info after project completion. I am very happy with the final result both in function and appearance...looking forward to a drier and more useable basement!

We had several foundation companies out and they had the best value and really fixed our issue quick. the area they worked on was a water issue for us for years and they fixed the issue in 2 days. will recommend them to my friends and family.
