+ -1 moreAbove and Beyond replaced our inground pool liner. This company was a mess from the start. The workers left large rocks under liner…my husband had to call owner to push for them to pull back the liner to clean the rocks out. We also had concerns about the liner being too small as it was pulling quite a bit in corners, along edges, and steps. We were assured by owner this was normal and it would stretch out. A short 3 years later and we have tears in the liner where it’s pulled around jets. We got confirmation from 2 other liner companies that indeed the installation was botched, the liner was too small. We are faced with having to purchase a new pool liner, they should last more than 3 years. This company refused to fix their mistakes. Buyer beware. Do NOT hire this company!

Description of Work: Contacted their guy responsible for opening pools. All I got was the runaround - the guy didn't return calls and didn't show when he said he would. I finally went to the store to talk to him personally. He told me he would be out the next day at 5:00ish - never showed, never called. Fed up by this total lack of professionalism, I contacted the store but didn't get much satisfaction. I will NEVER NEVER do business with them again.

Description of Work: Price was comparable to other bids for liner replacement. Communication was not as good as I would have liked throughout the project. I had to call for status of the liner being received at the store more than once. Some messages were not returned and/or returned in a timely manner.

Description of Work: Opened my pool to find that the liner appeared to be disconnecting from pool structure. Contacted Above & Beyond Pool via email address provided, with a request for advice, but I received no response whatsoever.

Description of Work: I WENT IN PERSON TO ABOVE & BEYOND WHEN MY POOL SERVICE PERSON KEPT BLOWING OFF MY APPOINTMENTS. I ASKED ABOVE & BEYOND TO MAKE REPAIRS TO MY LINER. WHILE THEY ADVISED THAT THEY COULD DO THIS, THEY TOLD ME I COULD SAVE THEIR SERVICE CHARGE BY DOING THE WORK MYSELF. THEY SOLD ME A PATCH KIT FOR $6.75 AND INSTRUCTED ME ON HOW TO MAKE THE REPAIR. IT ENDED UP TAKING ME ABOUT 10 MINUTES TO DO THE WORK MYSELF. THIS WAS AFTER WAITING FOR OVER THREE WEEKS FOR MY POOL GUY TO DO THE WORK. NEEDLESS TO SAY, HE IS NO LONGER MY POOL GUY.
