WATERSMITH IRRIGATION

Had to start with Watersmith partially into the season since my last outdoor company couldn't respond in a reasonable amount of time. I needed some sprayer heads added and changed as well as the backflow test done and results forwarded to the city before starting the season. Watersmith has two departments (Irrigation and Lawn) but a single office team that you can reach on the phone, M-F. They will set appointments and relay information to the appropriate team. And also handle billing. Services cost slightly more than my last company I had but having a live person/s in the office during the work week is worth it. On this Labor Day w/e I discovered I was leaking water up through my front lawn and gave them a call and after pressing #2 got an on-call tech who came over within a hour and shut the water off till they reopen the following week. Was very pleased with that response! While I did not signup for the pre-pay plan this year (only 5% discount) they spelled out what the remaining treatments will cost as well as the sprinkler blowout this fall. I also want to see the results before committing long term.

They do an excellent job. We don't have to be here. They leave a flag to let us know they were here. They send a bill and give us a checklist of everything they did. We've used them for 5 or 6 years. They are great. They are efficient. When we have a problem, they come out to check it. They come on time. They come when they say they will come so they are really good. They are the only one we use.

It was okay. There were some issues but I don't know what is normal in the installation of sprinkler systems. They were very professional and very timely. It was done in a timely manner. They installed it during all that heat, it was like a 110 in the shade. They came in and did the work in spite of the heat. Their professionalism was fine. It's kind of hard to tell on the quality of work because I haven't turned it on this year.

We have been using Watersmith Irrigation for about six or seven years now. They are very good. Any time we have any technical problems they are very responsive. There was a problem once because it did not have enough pressure. I called them and they sent a guy out. He checked the pressure and he said it looked like somebody had turned it down for some reason. He turned it up and turned it on to check if all the sprinklers were working and they were fine. Another time, I couldn't program the system correctly and they sent a guy and he reprogrammed it for me. When they do come out to look into a problem, they leave a little tag on the ground to let you know they have been there. You don't need to be at home when they come out to check on a problem.
