About us Soul Properties LLC took root in the Ozarks in early 2003 as a small property investment company. Its focus centered on providing high quality residential homes, by extensively rehabilitating distressed homes and offering them at below appraisal prices. As we grew, we extended these services to clients and customers. Soul Renovation Solutions, a division of Soul Properties LLC, is staffed with 3 full time and 2 part time skilled tradesmen with a combined 47 years experience in the construction industry. From time to time, we will employ the use of subcontractors for certain specialty projects, such as HVAC, carpet install, and electrical work. Soul Renovation Solutions is licensed to do business in the Springfield, Nixa and surrounding area. Numbers: BUS2006-01078 and 1580. Estimates are free. Min. service charge is $35.00. Trip charges apply outside of the Nixa area, $35.00 up to 20 miles from Nixa, up to 60 miles $70.00, more than 60 miles will be quoted per mile. Only 1 trip charge will apply, per work order. Labor pricing is based on contractors pricing guide.

Although I cannot elaborate on our specific situation, due to legal necessity, I implore you to do your own due diligence (including online legal cases) when considering this contractor. This company cost us an extreme amount of money and almost everything that this individual, as well as his associate, touched in our house has had to be rebuilt/redone at a considerable cost to myself and my husband. Please beware!

.Chris Souliere and his employees were always prompt and efficient..They kept their work areas clean and organized, which was very important since I was living in the home during the renovations. The men worked well together and made every effort to make the process as unobtrusive to my daily living as possible. Everyone working in my home was professional in appearance and actions.
Description of Work: Soul Renovation Solutions performed home remodeling in my home. The tasks included the removal of laminate tops in kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Installing granite countrertops in the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Removal of of all sinks and assemblies. Installation of of undermount sinks in baths and kitchen. Installing new faucets and assemblies. Removal of backsplash and installation of new travertine tile. Wall removal between eating area in kitchen and living room to make a walk through opening. Replaced range outlet. Removed dishwasher. Removed ceiling fan. Moved mount box and patched ceiling. Replaced light fixture in hall bathroom. Installed light fixture in master bath and wired fixture with existing lights. Built drawer for vanity in master bath.
