Wouldn't do work but gave a quote of over $700 saying we needed something else a water pressure regulator before he'd do work . Called different firm, got appointment in few days and work was done for less than half Son's estimated amount.

Peter was very efficient and fixed the leak quickly. He saw the water line to the ice maker (simple, flexible tubing that had been in place for over ten years) and recommended I replace it with better quality PEX tubing. I asked him if he could do that on this visit, and he had it done in a little over ten minutes, even with getting into the crawl space to run the new line. We've had Son Plumbing do other work for us before and have been very happy Peter's work, so the really wasn't any question about who to call this time.

What I wanted done was to have it replaced. Because It was pretty loud. So with talking with the guy who came out he said .... That they would have to order a new one and get back with me when it came. I called a month later and was told that they'd have to look in to it and call he would me back later that day ..... However I never heard back from them. So in short I took my business else were.

They never showed up to fix my problem. Had to call another company.

He does gas piping and logs, remodeling, repairs, new construction and installation. He does all plumbing, is a master plumber and a master gas fitter.

In my first bathroom the caulk job was horrible and discolored when I got home from work. I called immediatley and was told it was my fault for buying "bad caulk". I went to Lowe's where they told me to go! Son's plumbing told me to call Lowes. I asked them why they didn't stop when they saw it was splotchy and discolored and his secretary told me he was color blind, so he didn't know. How is that MY fault?! The 2nd bathroom was painted horribly, no fixtures were hung, and the shower leaked! I had to get a different company to come in and fix all their mistakes. I was mortified. Even though they have a good price, they don't fix their mistakes.

My hot water heater works a lot better after the service. The owner does his own work and he has a master’s degree in plumbing. He does not smoke so it is nice to have someone in business who does not smoke in the house. He is really clean and tidy. He is very polite. He is really good. I even checked his company out. They have a business license. The inspector’s had raved reviews about his company. That is why I decided to hire him. He was pretty flexible with his price. It was not as expensive as I thought it would be because I did not know what was wrong with the unit. The quality of his work was excellent. He was very thorough telling me exactly what was wrong, what happened and educated me on my unit. He really knew what he was talking about. He was here when he said he was going to be here. He called when he was on his way here, so that was good too. I would definitely use him again.

He was in and out almost before the exterminator and dryer repair guy and everything was great.
