Nick went above and beyond my expectations! I was so fortunate to have hired him with the expertise he has. My flooring is beautiful and he did extra things that I hadn’t even known I needed. He is professional, personable, and very trustworthy.

It went well. I have hired Motto Flooring for 2 other jobs and now this one. I also referred them to two of my friends for future jobs they have.

Nick was very pleasant to work with. He returned our calls and set up appointment and told us where we should purchase our flooring. Once that was done his crew came out and they were able to start on the project. They were very meticulous in the prep work. They worked diligently on the floor. It took them 1 1/2 days to get it done. They cleaned up after themselves. They helped moved the furniture and put it back. They were pleasant to be around. I would hire them again. His cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend them. We love our new floor.

Very well. There is a lot of sanding dust, even with the rooms taped off, but this is the only way to have really nice, original looking hardwood floors. Well worth the trouble.

Nick was professional and punctual from the first point of contact. He was always available to answer questions and concerns and was quick to return phone calls as needed. Nick and his crew were on time each day and completed the job as scheduled, all while providing top notch customer service. As for the work itself, I have not worked with a more meticulous and focused professional that I can recall. Last week my wife and I had laminate flooring installed throughout our living room, dining area, kitchen, entryway, and halls. Angie’s List gave Nick Motto an excellent rating, so I called him for a quote. Nick and his crew did a phenomenal job removing the old carpet and tile, then installing the new laminate flooring. Our house was designed with a lot of tricky angles but those didn’t pose any challenge to his crew’s master craftsmanship. He went the extra mile or five to make everything beautiful. It is as if he gave us a beautiful new home and did it in only three days. I have carefully checked for mistakes, but I cannot find any. I highly recommend Nick Motto for your flooring project.

He came and measured the floors. I called him back twice and he never sent me an estimate.

Everything went great Nick and Matt did a great job transforming our stained and neglected floors, I have had lots of compliments stating how great they look. he also did a great job piecing some of the damaged floors, cant even tell.

It went great! The floor turned out much better than my husband and I anticipated. Nick did an amazing job- addressed all of my concerns. The floor is absolutely beautiful! NOTE: In the pictures the color looks a different because of the lighting I guess- it is all the same color.

The project went very well. They were very professional, efficient, and did high quality work. They will be coming back in October to remove my 2nd floor flooring and install all new flooring and also the stairs.

Nick Motto is an expert when it comes to flooring. We had a couple issues such as transitions between older wood and newer flooring and you can not tell. He sanded our subfloor due to warping from rain damage and It delayed a day and there was no extra charge! He was $1,500 below the previous bid and his workers where professional and fun.

We were delighted by the work that was done by Mr. Nick Motto and his associate Shane. They were very professional in their approach and I hung around enough to know how much pride they take in being craftsmen. They were contacted for one job, and it turned out so well that we asked if they could come back and do another project. It was awesome too. We would have no issue with referring friends or family to them, and count it a blessing that they won our business.

Nick was the utmost professional and did everything he said he would. He spent alot of time prepping the floor before the hardwood was laid and it made a huge difference, He did exactly what I wanted and his attention to detail was excellent, our stairs turned out beautifully! Motto’s Flooring did a great job! He walked us through everything we needed to do ahead of time to ensure our floor would last and so we would be pleased. He suggested a dehumidifier to help the life of the floor. He reminded us to have the flooring in the home for a few days to acclimate properly to the temperature of our home. He answered our calls promptly as we had questions prior to scheduling. He showed up promptly at 7:45am, oversaw that his crew was professional at all times & finished the job in one day. We forgot to take part of the trim off & had a few other things we forgot about but they were helpful & friendly about just fixing these things. They were finished around 4 or 5 I believe. The total installation was about $1,100. That included them moving several big pieces of furniture for us, laying the floor, transition pieces & misc. charges such as pulling up old entry tile laminate that we hadn’t removed, etc.

Everything we asked was done and on time. Suggestions were made to enhance the finished product and were completed as agreed upon.

Very professional and did an excellent job. I am very happy with the job and felt the price was good for the scope of work.

Great job, Nick and crew went above and beyond. Professional and very detail oriented. Can't say enough about how pleased we are. Did floors in Master bedroom and second bedroom with walk in closets, and they fixed a bad sub floor seam in one and 2 or 3 messed up doorway transitions. They are the guys to hire if you want your flooring done RIGHT! The only knock would be for showing up a couple of hours late.

From start to finish this was by far the easiest remodel project my husband and I have ever experienced. Nick and his sons came in removed the carpet, cleaned everything to prep for hardwood floor installment. Did all of this in one day, plus started on the hard wood floors. You notice right away that Nick is not just an everyday hardwood floor installer . He's an expert, he takes pride in a job well done and will not stop until it is perfect in his eyes. Nick did an exceptional job blending in the new wood floors with our existing rooms with hardwood (10 years old) except for a slight color difference you can barely tell. He also installed wood floor grates into the new and old hardwood floors. When Nick was done , he and his sons cleaned and left us with little else to do except admire our beautiful hardwood floors. I could go on with this review but there's no need. Hire Nick ! He might not be the least expensive bid but he's worth every penny! I am very pleased with my flooring. He is very thorough and professional with details, wanted to make sure the job was done right the first time. He made sure things were cleaned and kept together as he worked. It was all done in a timely manner. His work far exceeded my expectations. My floors are beautiful and I would use his services again and would highly recommend Motto Flooring.
