Description of Work: Said he needed 5632.50 for materials then the other would be labor half of that when the start and the rest at end of job 3 months now and don has come up with every excuse in the book no materials no siding or windows doors etc total cost of almost 12000.00 he has been paid half took money and ran, told him June 17th I was coming to at least get materials I paid for and he said that was not for materials then said he did not have them told us none of our business what money was used for then said we could not have them because he would not be around if we came up. Then said all of the sudden he could come wends day. we said what about the 3 day rule you had cashed check next day he said you were not going to change your mind anyway. Told us to get lawyer because we would not get money back or all the materials before you hire him look at bbb and case net.
