Description of Work: Replaced A/C and furnace w/high efficiency Carrier plus humidifier. Replaced water heater. Work was done at my Mom's house. They helped her with City Utilities rebate, too. They were "nice young men." The only thing that could have been better would have been to recommend and include some floor work to clean it up around the new unit ... we just didn't think about it in time. | |Very professional, all the latest software and gadgets, but still personable and accessible. | |A+ all the way.
