+ -1 moreWe had our furnace serviced two or three times by a different company last year without good results. The last time they came they told us our heat exchange was cracked and our furnace was turned off and we were using space heaters for quite awhile. When we called Keith, he did a very thorough inspection and determined the real cause of our problems, which was a blocked flew. Unfortunately, since this was not discovered by the previous contractor, it had gone to long and overheated our heating elements. A new furnace was required and we were given a very fair estimate and the work was performed professionally. We are quite pleased.
Description of Work: Keith was very professional. He gave us a clear estimate of the cost of a new furnace and completed the work in the time stated.
