Green-Co Termite & Pest Cntrl

Mike Baxter did not fulfill the termite contract we had with him and Green-Co. Even after repeated phone calls to schedule a termite treatment he would not return our calls. We obviously do not recommend him to other prospective customers. He has not honored his contract with us. We are extremely disappointed with his lack of services and professionalism.

I got them through a referral.

We have a crawl space from h***. You can't access it from the outside because it is only 18and quot; off the ground on one side of the house. The other half you can access. I have had a termite contract with Green-Co since 1994 with a lifetime renewal fee. When Mike bought the company in 2000-2001 I had a problem with my first renewal, but that problem was fixed. Every year it was a hassle to get him to come out to inspect because of my crawl space. So in April of 2012 my husband and I tore out the livingroom floor, subfloor and exposed the crawl space below. We had to replace a lot of floor joist's because of termite damage. I call Mike and had him come out and look at the open floor and the crawl space now that he could see it. His excuse always was, it was to small for him to get into. Now he had no excuse. Since it was under warranty and I was putting all new wood in I wanted it to be sprayed to protect the new wood from termites. He agreed that he would broadcast under my house for 100.00. He also asked if I could wait till the fall because he was going into his busy season. I agreed and kept my livingroom tore up and the floor open all summer long. When September came around I sent him my 40.00 renewal fee and called him the day he deposited my check. I called him and left a message on his answering machine, because that is the only way you can contact him. I then called once or twice a week after, for the whole month of October. To this day he has never responded. I could take him to court for breech of contract but to me, dealing with a dishonest person is just not worth it and I would be afraid that the job would not be done right.

He was efficient, answered any questions I had, did the job and left.

They do a thorough inspection. When they went under the house, they told me of some other issues that I needed to deal with that had nothing to do with their work. Some of our vents needed to be tightened up for our heating and cooling. They made me feel like they really are inspecting everywhere.
