James arrived exactly on time. He was professional, courteous and very efficient with his time. I could not have asked for a better electrician. Thank you.

Multiple inside and outside lights were replaced at my home. An electrical line was placed in the kitchen for an electric stove swap out to gas. Quoted between $700-$1000 for all of the work. The higher price quoted would be for difficult installations on the exterior. All installations were described in detail by me before I accepted their quote. They sent a COVID infected employee to my house to do the work. Work took 5 different people nearly a month to complete and the price is almost double the highest price on the original quote. Much of the “19.5” hours worked was fixing installations that they performed. It’s documented in their invoices. In addition to correcting their installations, switches that control the lights they installed don’t work as they should and as they had prior to their work with the original lights.

Called on a Friday spoke with a very pleasant receptionist, she took down a lengthy explanation of what I was needing done. Did not get a call from the electrical engineer until Wednesday after introducing himself he rudely ask "what do you need done" Taken aback because I was very clear on Friday I started again said I needed a panel up grade and an attic fan he informed me they did not do attic fans I would have to have it installed first I informed him I need a panel upgrade first. HE sighed i finished telling him I needed an outlet for my garage door opener and I would like and outside outlet. I canceled my appointment. I don't need a rude electrician

From the start it was very professional. I expressed some concerns about the overall cost and Bob gave me some options, which allowed me to keep within my budget. The work was professional, and everyone was friendly and honest. The work passed inspection the first time. I would definitely rehire Davis Electric, Inc.

We are having to have a whole house electric upgrade. Our Remodel contractor is doing the basic electrics, but Davis Electric Inc as a Master Electrician will have to check it all is up to Code. I have to have a separate electric line run to my garage so that is part of the work. He was very good and knew what he was doing. Davis himself is a Master Electrician and he has two other Masters working for him. We told him what we wanted doing, he went through and looked at everything, and gave us the estimate. We did like him. He was here when he said he would be, and we are to give him a call when we are ready to start the work.

When the worked arrived, he seemed to have a chip on his shoulder and be angry. He was rude and argumentative. When he left to get parts, we called the company and told them we did not want him to return. We were charged 25% more than the estimate. When the job was finished by a second worker, the night light function did not work.
