 + -1 moreMike Whitney is wonderful. His bid came in several thousand lower than Heartland and his work was excellently done. He guarantees everything that he does and works hard. He is punctual, honest, and someone you feel safe having in your home. He is very friendly and funny. In addition, he urges you to call him ANYTIME day or night if there is ever any problem. Definitely will use when we replace our AC units.

 + -1 moreOn 12/05/12, I had a New 60,000 BTU Heating and a 2 ton Central Air unit installed, I was very pleased with the service I received as well as the price of the Heating and Cooling unit, this company is very professional and reliable. On 3/01/13 my furnace at my other house stopped heating, I called Cool It, and spoke to Mike Whitney and, he meet me at my other house after hours, within 30 minutes and repaired my furnace. I would refer this company to anyone that had a Heating and Cooling issue.
Description of Work: On 12/05/12, I had a New 60,000 BTU Heating and a 2 ton Central Air unit installed. 3/01/13, I had this company repair my furnace at my other house that wasn't heating.
