Price was good. We didn't need one with all the extras and that is hard to find now. Also wanted black so I was limited in all the other stores. Plus the delivery date was a week or more away and I needed it now. They delivered the same day and set it all up; installed the ice maker and changed the handles on the doors. They took the old refrigerator away as part of their service. Very nice and helpful people working in the store.

The work got scheduled quickly and was completed quickly. Cook's seems to have a high markup on its parts, but overall I was satisfied.

Professional and courteous, but disappointed in the staffing levels. She said it was just she and another girl taking calls due to the holidays, and there were no techs.

New what he was doing, took him about 20 min. and up and running again!

Very professional. Called right on time as agreed and arrived shortly thereafter. We have an older oven. The door lock was stuck and the part is no longer available. Serviceman repaired and advised us how to treat it gently to get a little longer life (I had told him I want to replace oven and other appliances within the next year or so.) Super happy with how fast they could schedule us in and how well the serviceman got the job done.

Service call 129.95 to diagnosis the problem. 83.00 for new part. They had it with them so it was very quick fix, less than 15 min. Very quick to respond to my call and very professional.

Repairman was very professional & explained the testing process & findings.

Technician Kristie made a phone courtesy call before showing up on time and went right to work diagnosing and repairing the problem.

He came up right away. He was fine.

Cooks service staff were great! They quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the necessary parts and installed them in a timely fashion. I even got a follow up call asking if I was satisfied or had any questions. Great service at a fair price! Highly recommend CooksAppliance.

The technician's workmanship was good. He was detailed in explaining the process & he completed the job in the most efficient manner.

This company was referred to me by the store where I bought some major kitchen appliances. The guy came out from cooks to work on my washer that was having the above issues. He had a real problem getting the washer to balance and stay level. Just after the 30 day warranty the machine began dancing again. I called and was assured by the woman on the phone that she would call back in the next day or so with her boss' response. No response. I called again about 6 days later and was assured that a service tech would call me that day and come by to see about my machine since the person that did the orignial work was no longer employed by them because of complaints. No call, waited several days. So now I am at 50 days and I'm done with them. Update: 4/24/2014 I received a call from Cook's Appliance two days after the review was posted. The manager sent a different technician out free of charge and he fixed the issue. I am welll pleased with my washer's performance.

I had paid an upfront service charge for both appliances. I also had to pay for a replacement part for my washer. They did not have it in stock so I had to pay for it upfront as well. After the part came in, they told me the part was the wrong one and they had the correct one at their shop the whole time. So I had to pay to difference of the part they did have because it was more expensive. Overall, I ended up paying a lot of money for repairs.

It went well. The tech came on time and got right to the checking of why the dishwasher rack was hanging up and told me he would order a new one and come back and install it once it came in to their parts department which he did in about a week.
