St. Louis Resurfacing

Weather was not our friend and the work was delayed by several months. Prep work needed to be done to sand off the existing coating on the driveway (a labor intensive, messy project) and ready it for the pebble coating. Once the work began in earnest, the installers worked in a very deliberate fashion. They were very professional and did a great job of coordinating the work as a team to make the installation successful. Driveway looks great and we get many compliments on the look,

It was a thorough job. It's neat and the product is what it was advertised to be so far. I have no complaints at all. Everything was delivered as presented.

Our experience was fine but they took a while to come out and do the job. We chose them because of the price and workmanship. Quality was very good.

They did a fantastic job. There warantee is longer than most.

John Golden explained the process and pricing to us. We had a short time span available so John and Sean agreed to work us in as quickly as possible. Four weeks later the job was done. Joe and Aaron did the install and were very professional about their work, keeping the job site clean and explaining the work to us as they went. The final product looks amazing and we are completely satisfied with the work.

The workers were courteous, professional, and efficient. My porch looks absolutely beautiful. I am so glad that I had this work done. My only complaint is that after the job was done, I did not receive any notification regarding additional payments due. We had an agreement for a portion of the price prior to the work and the remainder to be paid in three installments. The company never billed me for additional payments and indicated that it was my responsibility to contact them. What ever happened to a payment schedule and or bills sent through the mail? I do love my sidewalk and I imagine that both St. Louis resurfacing learned something.

After being disappointed with several different types of contractors prior to becoming a member of Angie's List, I was glad I was able to check out St. Louis Resurfacing Co.'s reviews prior to contracting with them. Those reviews did not disappoint me as this company EXCELS in all areas. One of the owners was often in contact with us to arrange scheduling as well as while work was being done. The crew are not "day workers". These hard-working fellows are experienced in the application of this product and their years of experience are readily noticeable. Along with owner, Sean, they are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recommend St. Louis Resurfacing for your resurfacing needs. And by the way, our driveway looks beautiful!

I wanted to provide a review based on the honesty that Fred of St Louis Resurfacing provided. I was gathering bids for repairing and resurfacing my rental property porch and steps. Fred called me and shared that the Pebblestone Epoxy product they install would be too nice and too expensive for a rental property and that another provider would be better. He suggested a product / service that they do not do which allowed me to go to that website and find an approved installer who would do it. I want to make sure that honesty and "what is best for the customer" is recognized and shared because honesty seems to be a too rare Trait. Thanks!

We are the report from Sept 2007. We also had them come out and do the "resealing/ re-coating" to keep the warranty in force.The resurfacing is cracking and has completely come off a couple of the front stair risers. I called two weeks ago and have not received a return call. I called today and was given a "repair" number. The repair number's answering machine says they are closed for the winter and it may be several days for a return call. I hope they are able to repair this soon.

They were professional and the man that came out was very nice and walked us through everything. I don?t have anything bad to say about the estimators. Another company undercut their bid by almost $3000 so we will probably use them. I think that company is some sort of subcontractor for St. Louis Resurfacing. I know St. Louis Resurfacing has a decent reputation so I woud consider using them for another project.

They made us feel like we were getting a good price. They did excellent work! The only problem was that they took a long time to come out. The people who came out were very pleasant.

They walkway and patio look beautiful!! While they were working on our front porch they broke a concrete pot that was mounted to the porch. They work was done in September '05 and they finally got around to fixing it in May '06. There were repeated phone calls back and forth, but either the weather was not right or they were too busy to repair the broken pot. Since we had two matching pots on the front porch it looked pretty bad, to have one that was broken in half. We repaired it ourselves eventually. They do beautiful work, but their customer service sure could use some improvement.

WE WERE OUTSIDE AND HE LOOKED THE DRIVEWAY ALL OVER AND EXPLAINED THAT IT WOULD WORK BEAUTIFULLY, ITS A PRETTY BIG DRIVEWAY, ITS A DOUBLE CAR AND FAIRLY LONG. HE HAD SAMPLES WITH HIM AND WE WERE LOOKING AT THE COLORS THAT WOULD LOOK GOOD WHILE WE WERE OUT THERE. THEN WE CAME IN AND SAT AT THE DINING ROOM TABLE AND HE DISCUSSED THE PRICING FOR THE SAMPLES THAT WE PICKED OUT. HE WAS HELPFUL IN HELPING US CHOOSE WHICH ONES TO GO WITH THE BRICK AND THE COLOR OF THE HOUSE. I DID HAVE SOME CONCERN ABOUT THE DIRT AND WATER SITTING IN THE CREVICES AND HE SAID WE WOULD NOT HAVE ANY OF THAT, HE SAID THE SAMPLES LOOKED LIKE THAT BECAUSE THEY TRY TO SMASH THEM INTO SUCH A SMALL CONFINED AREA.
