He came door to door in our neighborhood to drum up business. Every house (maybe 4-5) was unsatisfied with the quality of his work. The product he used seemed "watered-down" and just didn't cover. Also, the cracks they filled with tar settled immediately and didn't even look like they had been filled. The group tried to get him to come back to fix his work for almost a year. We sent him pictures of the lack of quality of the work. He would not respond, but when we did get him by phone, he was very rude and defensive. He finally agreed to come back and take a look. Then one Sunday in the fall (a whole year later), his crew showed up and fixed one woman's driveway and they said they didn't know anything about looking at anyone else's driveway. The bossman was unable to be reached. He never called back. His business is based out of our area. That was our first mistake was hiring someone from out of the area.
