When I made the phone call to inquire about their services they seemed very interested, but then I never heard anything from them again.

I can say that they are friendly but unfortunately, they are not professional. I contacted Brune Electric in mid-September and arranged for their representative to meet me at the house to go over the details of the project in order to get an estimate. I was very happy with our initial meeting and was looking forward to establishing a long-term relationship with a local electrician. After a week of not hearing back from them with costs, I called to find out what the hold-up was. They explained that they were short-staffed and they would get back to me. After waiting two weeks, with still no estimate, I called and left a message that if I didn't hear back from them by the end of the next day, I would have to find someone else for the job. The next day, they called back, explaining that another job was taking precedence over mine. They still didn't give me an estimate AND they told me that while they could complete part of the job in the near future, I would have to wait until the first of the year for them to complete the job. I hate leaving a bad review for a business but I think it is incredibly irresponsible and unprofessional to just leave someone hanging. I have a house that has NO electricity at all and I wasted 2 weeks waiting for an estimate, only to find out that I would have to wait months to actually get the job done. This was a very frustrating, waste of my time.
