Paver borders are already falling away from the rest of the paver patio. This patio was done in July 2008. Company WILL NOT call back or answer their phone.

They took down my Chain Link fence around my yard to install a new vinyl fence. Well the Chain Link fence just laid on the ground for who knows how long. They left my yard open and took my deposit and money. They stole my money if you ask me. Kept telling me the fence is being cut, the fence is being cut, until the supply house told me they never got a penny from John White, Becky White or Russ White. They lied and know they will not answer their phones. They said they were going to sell property to make this right and know they will not answer their phones. They disconnected their answering machine and shut off cell phones, they will not answer their phones. They also said they were not going to take out a permit until they got closer to the time to put up fence because permits are only good for 7 days. Well I found out they are good for 6 months. In other words, they knew they were stealing my money from them the minute I gave them my deposit.

Moved an Evergreen plant and guaranteed that it would survive. Well they dug 3 of them up and then it laid on the ground for months. Finally after a lot of begging I asked them to PLEASE plant it. They did but all three plants were pointing in different directions, they said they would fix it when they came back. Well 1 of them has died and the other 2 are pretty sorry looking. They will not answer their phones.

They did not finish the job. Let the drainage drains open in a trench. Won't return calls. Won't answer the phones. Won't return money. Won't answer BBB. Grade F.

HORRIBLE, this company has put my thru so much mental anguish. This has put a black stain in my trust for company owners. Is it Greed? I don't know. I just want them to do my fence. They took my $5900.00 deposit in Feb. 2008 and will not complete the fence work. They took down my existing chainlink fence and black wrought iron fence around my pool. They said they needed that amount for the deposit in order for the fence company to cut the fence. I have given them ample time. They keep saying the fence is being cut. Excuses: They cut the fence and lost it. They need a plot survey. The color you picked is on back order. on and on and on. All I want is for them to bring the deposit I gave them in good faith to the fence company so it can at least be cut. And to think they were REFERRED. They will not answer any calls and they will not in good faith do the work or even give me my money back. John said he was an honest man and I have given him ample time to get the job done. He lied and I believed him. When every one around me was telling me thru were *expletive* me I was saying "Oh no not John, he will do it." John, Becky, Russ White if you read this PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE just come and do my fence. Do the part that doesn't cost you any money. Put my black fence back up. Or at least give me my money back. I am not rich and can not afford to lose that money.

IT took them FOREVER to do the patio. I had construction work and notified them when that was being done so not to waste their time. Their excuse was that it was raining and they needed 4-7 days with no rain. Week after week month after month went by. Finally they came and put the sand down, apparently they didn't ask for the pavers to be delivered until that night, the night before and they wanted to install it. The supplier didn't have what I had ordered so they said I had to wait till the end of the week. End of the week came and went. The owner got sick. It rained Finally they came and did my pavers IN THE RAIN. Hopefully they will not settle. They did not complete the hardening sand in the pavers. There are LOTS of areas that have NO sand in them at all. They said they would be back to do it in a few days. THAT WAS August 1st. I believed them. I have not seen them. OCCASIONALLY they will answer their phone only after many attempts to call them. They say: we will be there this week. WRONG!! They blatantly LIE.

I can't make it clearer. John and the crew know what they are doing. They don't need to play games and seem happy to be at your house, earning a living. They have no hidden agenda. They are honest men, doing a great job. John treated my entire family with respect. Professionalism, courteousness. Willingness to explain everything without an attitude. John knows what he does very well. Treat him with respect and he and his lovely wife will respond in kind. Also, John educated me on asking for a waiver of lean and insurance for his men Ask any other contractor you hire for the same!
