Did exactly what was needed to be done, didn't pressure me to replace anything not bad even, though I wanted all new in the well. I really liked the fact that he went the extra step to determine if the pump needed to be replaced. Suggested we replace steel pipe with plastic pipe to eliminate corrosion problem. Had the well up and running five hours after starting the replacement.

Once the yard was firm enough to get equipment in with out destroying the yard he dug up the line from the septic tank to the basement. Along the way he discovered that the individual who installed the original system tied the tile drains into the house sewer system. The tile drains having holes in them allowed tree roots to infiltrate the sewer system and plug it up. He replaced the substandard plastic drain pipe with the correct schedule of pipe from the house to the septic tank and installed to clean outs that should been installed in the first place. Along the way he had to cut 18" off the side of a concrete slab as the drain ran under the slab. Made the cut very straight and professional looking. Hauled off all rock and concrete left over from the work site and placed where I wanted it. Did a very nice clean up after the job.
