 + -1 moreI had been really sick and so has my 6 year old son. I contacted someone to ask about a mold air test and they referred me to Keith. Keith said he usually reserved Friday's for paperwork but after hearing how sick we had been I had his attention and he was at my home in two hours. Keith was friendly and knowledgable and never made us feel rushed or like our problem was insignificant. After the test was taken and when questions would arise Keith was always available and willing to take the time to answer our questions. I would highly recommend Keith to inspect anyone's home or do air testing. Thank you Keith you have helped us solve our problem and we are feeling better ?

Description of Work: They literally came within a few hours of a desperate telephone call and Rich was pleasant and understanding, and yes, he found numerous problems with the lagoon, which put off our closing and many things, and it had to be fixed, but it came as a god time, as the house would have never passed inspection. I was told that lagoons do not require inspection, but it is recommended and I second that motion. Moving from NY, I have never been exposed to a lagoon, so this was another educational process, which was explained in full to me following the inspection. I could not make this site visit, but Rich called me while he was still on the inspection and then sent me all of the information I would need to pursue this by the next day. Worth every penny, and wonderful to deal with.
