Mid-City Modifications specializes in renovations with the home owner in mind. From constant communication, clear and concise job folders that outline, phase process, expectations on every step, and cost break down; to using specialized equipment that keeps the renovation mess to a minimum so you can still enjoy the other parts of your home during the process. I, Caleb Denison, owner of Mid-City Modifications, have worked on projects ranging from water damaged dry wall patches to six figure bathroom remodels, and would love the opportunity to work with you on your next renovation project.
