+ -1 moreThey came out and measured everything, and then they told me they would have to make a firm appointment because it was all custom. I spend part of my time living in another state, so I came back into town for the appointment. They didn't show up due to weather, so we made another "firm" appointment, that they also didn't show up for. I tried and tried to get them to come out, but they would never make a new appointment that wasn't several months down the road. I paid for the job in full, and it took a lot of grief to get it back.
Description of Work: I had an appointment with them for window installation.

+ 0 moreFantastic. The crew got there in the morning and finished by noon. Cleaned up all the mess. Couldn't even tell that someone had come to re-shingle the house. Even the neighbors commented on what a great job was done and how quickly they finished and cleaned up. This was a company that Lowe's contracts to do the work.
