 + 4 moreI was very satisfied with Dennis' work and can highly recommend him . May need to get on waiting list for your major project since he is in high demand . His prices were in the middle of range of estimates I recieved , not the cheapest but worth the modest extra cost compared to the lowest bid (Approx 10% more than cheapest bid).
Description of Work: Owner Dennis Sharp is a well established craftsman with 30+ years experience in custom home construction, remodeling, etc. I was lucky to schedule him (in between new home construction jobs) for a water damage restoration prject in my basement. He replaced the damaged dry wall, textured and painted walls and ceilings in 3 rooms . Dennis did a fine job and takes pride in his work. He was punctual, always conmunicated by phone when he would arrive for work and was easy to talk to and make work order changes in the project. He brought in extra labor when needed and was good at keeping a clean tidy work site.
