Bug Busters

Chris from Bug Busters has been to our home twice now. Once, immediately after we purchased, and now, five months and significant renovation later. The house was only infrequently occupied when we purchased, so we had some bugs to deal with. Since doing renovations, we've noticed more spiders and carpenter ants, so we asked him to come out again. We have two small children (3 and 8 months) and I was not comfortable with the idea of spraying inside the house (which he had arrived planning to do). Chris spent more than half an hour talking with me about bugs, bug mitigation techniques, what product he would be using, risks of the product, risks of the bugs and was more than willing to answer ANY question I asked. (All while my toddler was running around trying to get his moments in the spotlight.) Chris was patient while I made my decision (which was to only have the outside of the house sprayed) and then spent time walking through the house afterward talking about bug opportunities, and what we could do to rescind their invitation that wouldn't involve spraying where my children sleep. He was an hour late, but called at the end of his "I'll be there between" window to apologize and give me a revised time. Chris was professional, patient and polite. His prices, I feel, are reasonable. He will most certainly be the bug guy we always call and recommend.
