Description of Work: We could not be happier with our beautiful basement remodel! Tom and his crews are professional, reliable and do amazing work. Communication was excellent, the guys were always courteous and friendly, and we enjoyed having them in our home. The space is absolutely perfect down to the last detail and we're thrilled with our new space. Excellent experience start to finish. Description of Work: Terbrock Construction remodeled 300 square feet of our basement. This deal ($4,999.00 base price) included a half-bath; however, we had to pay extra to rough it in. They did an outstanding job and addressed everything that we wanted done. We very much appreciated that the owner, Tom Terbrock, communicated with us regularly regarding who would be showing up and at what time, the cost of extra materials, etc. We would definitely work with this company again in the future.

+ -1 moreIn general, very good. It was somewhat more expensive than we anticipated, but we received other higher quotes. A few times they did not come when they said they would, but they usually did. They did come and fix a minor problem we had after the work was complete. The workmanship was good quality.
Description of Work: Total bathroom remodeling. Everything in the bathroom was replaced except the mirror and light fixture. New shower and walls, sinks and cabinets, floor and toilet were replaced. All new hardware as well as repainted room.
