Job was well done, Workers were nice and respectful. Did not leave a mess anywhere from crawlspace insulation. However, when I think back on the project, I think I was overcharged. Should have stuck with my intentions and got other estimates. $1750.00 seems a bit exorbitant for insulation and labor, considering the cost of materials.

Price was competitive. Larry (owner) was responsive to all concerns and readily accessable. All of the workers were professional and friendly.

They work hard and efficiently. We had some minor communication problems that were resolved and we trusted the end result. Clean up could have been better but would consider using their services again.

Quick turn around from quote to finished. Blown insulation into attic, $1.00 per square foot, can't beat it.

Finished room looks nice, but the soundproofing quality is not as good as promised. Installation was performed by very competent crew in timely manner, but we still have two small tile that need to be replaced(still waiting)I have contacted both the local rep, and the install contractor,promises but no results..

Contracted for the job. Job started. Not completed. Supervisor called to confirm they would follow up. Have not heard back for over 3 weeks. Will not use or recommend this company in the future.

everything went well, they did what they said they would do. only thing they haven't done yet is clean up the mess. they left the basement dirty, didn't sweep up or put switches back on walls. hopefully they will return to do so. but overall they were great.

I felt that the supv, Ray, was very good. The guy he first brought with him from the office side I didn't think much of. Too much like a salesmen. They did the job quickly and neatly. Although I had to make a phone call 2 days later to get them back out to take up their plastic on the steps and tile, hook up washer and dryer again and clean up a little more down there. There was a mis- communication between themselves about getting this done and they responded quickly. Overall I was very pleased with the work and the people that did the work.

Initial consultant very personable and I was immediately at ease. I didn't realize that work was subcontracted out, but workers were on time and very polite, and did a good job. there are a couple areas were insulation is thin but overall I am very satisfied.
