Larry was precise about cost of the install of my Egress Window. The materials and the quality of work was excellent. His workers was real professional and courteous. Will have him do more work for me.

They did a great job wayerproofing our basement. it has been totally dry after the last few rains.

Great price for the installation. Friendly, personable workers. The problem is with the owner himself. The bid stated you don't pay until job is done. To Larry, the job is done when the window is installed, not when the electric is done, the dirt hauled away, etc. He gave us his word the job would be finished that week but things got nasty on Friday when we insisted he finish up. The electric got done and the dirt got taken away but no attempt was made NOT to trash our yard during that process. He never filled the rock and we are not calling him. We will buy the rock and fill it ourselves so we don't have to deal with him. AGAIN, the problem is not the product or the work crew, it is the owner himself who initially presents as friendly but if you push to get the job done the timeline he promised be prepared for some nasty and insulting text messages from him. I would never use them again or recommend.

Larry the owner came over and shot me an honest bid. No bs. He explained everything and made the process seamless. His crew was polite and friendly. Complete trust in all involved. Give them a shot. Larry’s straight forward approach will win you over.

Pro basement did a fine job installing an egress window in my basement. The cut in the cement wall was nice and square and the window he installed was a good fit but I was less than happy with the finishing work. They did not caulk around the exterior, and the frame around the exterior was not a good fit and finish. The thing that made me most unhappy though was the screen that came with the window was damaged so they had to get a replacement. The replacement they brought over did not even fit my window. I contacted the owner and never got resolution. I ended up ordering a new screen that fit my window through Anderson Windows Incorporated additional cost to me.

They prefer to be paid by check. We own this property long distance and did not bring a checkbook with us. They let us pay with credit card but added 40 dollars to our bill and we had to use the credit card machine at Larry's (the owner) wife's nail salon. They let us do this over the phone. Everything was completed quickly. They came the next day after our first conversation. We think this will solve the problem. Will know for sure after the next downpour.

Pro Basement did a GREAT job. However, we did have some communication problems when they needed to come back out. We needed three cracks in our basement foundation repaired. One was a little tricky. We got two bids and they were the lowest. They very prompt in coming out at on the date and time promises. They provided life time guarantee on their work. In the tricky spot, we continued to have a leak. We called and they were promptly going to come back out. Unfortunately, the service guy had some medical issues. There was a brief lack of communication when we trying to get something rescheduled. That was a little frustrating. However, we did get a time rescheduled and again they were promptly on time. When they came back out, they actually did more work then what they originally estimated with no additional charge. They did a GREAT job, except for the one situation when there was a lack of communications, possible because of the service guys medical situation. We were extremely pleased with their service and response. We would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them.

I am a Real Estate agent and they fit us in at the last minute so we could close. They were really nice and very professional.

Larry told me he would be the one digging the hole, but all he did was drop off the equipment and left. The guys (sub contractors) cut the hole and chunks of concrete fell off the side, can't replace that so they filled it with caulk, they forgot the trim for the outside of the window they installed the window anyway, had to come back the next day and take out the window just to install the trim. The electricians that came to wire for the pump showed up at 8 p.m. (sub contractors) and said it would only take an hour. Well they left at 1 a.m.. The inspector failed the wire job because they didn't install a GFCI and they had to come back again at 8 p.m. to fix it. Again I was not happy because they got the breaker one and not the outside one that I wanted. They also had to change the pipe for the sump pump drain which was wrong. It didn't have a pop up on it and was angled wrong. It was an exposed pipe that went into my neighbor's yard and would have caused a trip hazard. The man that cut the concrete changed his clothes in my front yard for all my neighbors to see when he could have easily used my garage. So fast forward after the egress window install my a/c starts to act up and doesn't want to work. I call professionals to come out and find out that the people that cut the concrete with a wet saw should have asked me to turn off the a/c and they should have put a tarp over the outside unit that was 3 feet away and tarp off the room, but none of that happened. I had concrete slurry caked in the outside condenser and all through my duct lines and even in inside unit in my house. Not only did I have to pay for the egress window, I had to pay to have an entire new a/c and furnace installed, so a $4,200 job turned into an almost $8,500 job. My advice is if you hire this company get EVERYTHING in writing. The window looks ok, but had I known then what I know now I would have picked a different company, one that would have taken the necessary steps to protect my property as much as they possibly could. I'm sure it's obvious, I will not be calling this company again for any work and I will not recommend anyone call them. UPDATE: May 2017. The window started to leak, I did call other companies, but I'm out so much money on this window I didn't want to pay anymore, so with a 5 year warranty I broke down and called Larry. He showed up and said it was my "defective siding" causing the leak. I called a siding company. They said that the "defective holes" were drain holes and my siding was perfect. Called Larry 5-6-17 and he said he would have a guy out there. 5-11-17 Larry called and asked me to change my rating. I said maybe if he paid me back for the heat & a/c unit I had to replace and he argued with me on the price I paid. I have my receipt. What a joke. Several excuses and messages and 12 days later Jonathan shows up, said it was the wrong caulk used on the top and no caulk behind the trim. I could stick my finger in it. His solution was to s
