The team at JP Sheehan is finishing a comprehensive basement remodel project in our home, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Our project was extensive, requiring demolition of existing framing, trenching and adding/reconfiguring plumbing, replacing old wiring, and adding an egress window. Their team reframed the space, including adding a finished ceiling and full bath, laundry room, and additional bedroom. The scope of work was significant overall, and the quality of work has been exceptional. What we have appreciated most throughout the project has been the responsiveness (always same day, often within an hour) anytime we've had questions or concerns; and the sensitivity to our household by the construction team. We have dogs, and a young toddler, and the crew has been nothing but respectful and conscientious about working inside our home. Like many renovation projects on older homes, we had plan modifications and unforeseen challenges along the way. The team was totally transparent and direct about options and changes in plans, and always provided detailed cost adjustments and rationale so support them, which in some cases actually resulted in project cost reductions which we appreciated. Overall, the team is respectful, responsive, the work quality is excellent, and we wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for our next project.

I had 4 bathroom demo. It was mayhem. Patrick and his crew made me feel very comfortable during this process. Next was the plumber and electrician. Both where very professional. Every step of the way I was kept in the loop. Any issues I was informed right then and there. The drywall went up with no problem. Tub and toilets where placed with care. The total experience was a lot less of a headache than others complain about. Patrick was very keen on the budget. He made sure to squeeze every penny out of the tight budget. He made sure everything was on the up and up with quality at every step. All an all I wish I could give all of the crew higher ratings, but 5 stars is as high as it goes.

I loved the follow-up, follow through. and everyone involved was on-time. Thry walked me through every step! We would recommend Patrick and his crew to everyone.

This company is great at communicating arrival times for estimate and work. The workers are polite and do a thorough job in a timely manner. Fees are reasonable. The owner is on top of everything.

So far, EXCELLENT. Called within same day of being recommended, set up appointment for that day. Came to the house, gave us some GREAT ideas. Had designer call us by the next morning and couldn't be more pleased at this point. Design rate seems very reasonable and Sean & Kyrin have been great to deal with so far, both are very down to earth and budget concious/friendly. Can't wait to start our working relationship hammering out the design of our kitchen. Also, they didn't seem to turn up their nose at the fact that my husband will be doing most of our kitchen remodeling work, like some companies. Couldn't be happier at this point.
