Description of Work: Had called to set up an appointment, was told to just call when available. Called to confirm appointment and set up an exact time Friday AM, Friday PM, Saturday AM, and early Saturday PM without a response. He did return call about 5 PM Saturday which was too late. Seemed like a nice and knowledgeable guy on the phone, but in this instance he was unresponsive to calls. He knew this was a very time sensitive service since cold is forecasted | |

I was able to contact Affordable Hand A Thursday morning and they had someone out that afternoon to look at the furnace (worked with our work schedules). The man working on our furnace was able to get the parts and have us with heat the next day. My husband and I will be using this company in the future. Turned a very bad situation into a pleasant outcome.

Description of Work: We needed a completely new and larger furnace and central air conditioning system, since the one that was originally installed in our home was too small (and was also breaking down too often). After getting a number of bids, we decided to go with Kevin, since we had gotten great recommendations on him from friends, he offered a quality product (Ruud), and he was able to meet our tight timeframe. He removed the old system, built a new outside A/C pad for the unit, and installed the new 3-ton system. Everything was done professionally and quickly.
